Bad location

Nice little hotel nice stuff comfortable room but so bad location long from everything beaches malls anything just in middle of the no where

Nice hotel, close to the Phuket town, easy to find. The room looks good, quite big. The view from the balcony is really beautiful. Hotel provides free water and beverages, that is super useful. The staff is nice and helpful although their English is not perfect

Wi-fi is not perfect, got speed problems trying to work online. The room that I booked was really nice, nothing to complain about. But after staying there for maybe 4-5 days some problem happened with the facilities (no water). I was told that the repairing will take up to 2 days and asked to move to another room. It is ok, can happen to anyone, but in such cases the guest is usually offered to move in the room with the same category or higher. Instead, I was moved to the standard room, that is worse than I booked. Sockets there work really bad, disconnects from a device all the time. In the shower there wasn’t any hot water, only cold. Besides, the room is smaller. So most time of the stay I lived in the room cheaper and worse than what I paid for.

Exceptional stay in Phuket Town 👑

Everything was amazing ,from the friendly staff to the size of the room and close proximity to Old Phuket Town. Great view from up high on balcony as well just added to it

Was nothing really to fault,as it met expectations and in most cases,exceeded them. Late checkout was also a bonus at midday so that was really handy.

Good little hotel

Hotel location was good, it was about 15 minute walk from Central phuket (shopping) and 10/15 minutes into the old town. Every taxi driver i used knew the hotels name so we had no confusion telling them where we wanted dropping off. Near by are facilities such as washers/dryers and multiples shops. The tv was modern allowing me to cast my phone onto the TV. It included smart apps like Netflix and YouTube for those down time moments. The staff always said hello which was nice. Great view from our hotel balcony as well.

Not enough restaurants near the location. Had to walk into the old town most of the time in order to get restaurant food. Balcony light didn't work however didn't really affect us as the lights from the room came out so we could use it.

for this price there are better options in the area

location is good, close by old town and easy to reach by car. convenient parking spot behind the building. Room is big and has a nice view

walls are paper thin, I could literally follow my neighbor’s conversation decor is a bit depressing, lots of black and grey and the chairs in the room looked like some torture device from Game of Thrones cleanliness could be better, sheets didn’t smell fresh, rather like they’d been on the bed a while

Nice hotel room, clean, a very good place to stay for 2-3 days. The center is max. 10 min by foot.

Would stay again

they cleaned everyday with new sheets and towels, provided bottled beverages and water everyday as well. good location, plenty of space. Secure building with key card elevator and door. Would stay again.

there’s a place that does karaoke occasionally that can be heard but not a deal breaker.

Very good

Loved the location, the design, the staff. Clean and pretty comfortable. The hanging lamp was a beautiful touch! Nice stay.

The bed was a bit hard. There was stuff left in the fridge from probably just the last guests but it wasn't a big deal. Just a note.

I prefer to stay here again for my next visit for sure

I got a room with one big bed on the 4th floor. At first, staff informed that it might had some annoyed echo from restaurant on next door but i was not. There is a 7-eleven nearby just a few steps walk. Moreover, the Airport Bus has its stop in front of this hotel. It is very convenience for travellers who prefer to take a public transportation from-to airport. Room is very neat and clean. Staffs are very energetic and service minded.

Television programme - hotel provides a programme chart which is easier for my entertainment during stay but television itself is not good enough. I watched a blur and noisy pixel through a night. I am sure that they are able to fix this for you.
