We were supposed to stay in this apartment, but due to an unforeseen incident, the apartment was not available. Mario was quick to get us into another apartment and even booked a water taxi to pick us up at the train station. He is quick to respond and was super helpful. The apartment we stayed in was in the Castello neighborhood, as opposed to St. Mark’s. I loved this neighborhood! It was quiet and away from the touristy area. Lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment that was clean and well cared for. We really enjoyed our stay.

Somehow there was a mixup after out booking and we ended up with this apartment. It ended up being very nice and the via Garibaldi street was just lovely

The property was just as advertised. The check in was easy and the host even arranged the private water taxi to and from the airport for our group. The location was close to everything needed for a wonderful vacation in Venice.

Just as promised, right near Piazza San Marco, great shopping/restaurants and an easy walk to the Grand Canal/Ponte di Rialto. Paolo greeted us and provided all the necessary information, including where to park. High tides were a bit of an inconvenience and created an unpleasant odor at times, but we knew that ahead of time and it was nothing that couldn’t be dealt with. Garbage collection could be handled better. Overall great place.

It was a very nice apartment, spacious and comfortable, all the amenities you would want and need. Excellent bathrooms and showers. Great for a families of 4 or more. Also, great location, only minutes from St. Mark's square. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. It would be helpful for the property to set up a 1 or 2 page guide for users, that covers things like garbage disposal, appliance instructions, nearby recommended restaurants, etc. It was a bit of a surprise to learn about some the requirements around disposing of garbage: either by a 7:00 am process to take your garbage to the main floor to someone buzzing your apartment, or by way of a 5 to 10 minute walk to a disposal facility on one of the canals, before 9:00 am. For visitors paying a healthy rental fee, this should be a much easier process. Paolo was very helpful arranging a water taxi for us to the airport. Overall, an excellent experience.

We loved the apartment and it’s location. It was quiet in the evening, the beds were very comfortable, it was clean and we had all the amenities we needed. Mario was very helpful in reserving a water taxi for our departure and he was very kind and prompt in all our correspondence from the first booking date to the last upon our arrival. We would most definitely stay here again and recommend it to others traveling to Venice. Thank you Mario for making us feel so comfortable during our stay, we enjoyed every minute.

Very close to St Mark’s square where the St Mark’s /St Marco Basilica and Doge palace are located. Short walk 10 mins, to the St Marco boat stops (ACTV) and Alilaguana ( water bus) service. It’s 80 min( Alilaguana -red line -ride )from Marco Polo international airport. And 20-30 min ride on the ACTV through the grand canal to the Venezia S. Lucia train station. Great updated modern apartment with all necessary amenities and nice hot shower. Bring your own shampoo and body wash. Has a washer for laundry.

My family and I (6 adults + 1 baby) thoroughly enjoyed this apartment during our stay in Venice. It is conveniently located a few blocks away from San Marco Square and between the Rialto and San Marco vaporetto stops. It is located up a few flights of stairs and it is stylishly appointed. We were a short walk to all the major sights, the vaporetto, restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. Look forward to visiting again soon.
