The sheets didn’t fit the bed so they were falling off, there was no soap in the bathroom, and the wifi didn’t reach the bedroom

Amazing view, comfortable, clean apartment. Walking distance to Ibiza Town. Good provision of kitchen equipment etc.

No lift! I'm not too fit and the stairs - with luggage - sooo difficult. If you do hire a car the parking can be tricky in high season.

The noise from 0600am until 2300pm every day. Construcion workers up at 6am banging and shouting . Drunk at night singing and laughing , it ruined our holiday

The location of this property was a stones throw from the beach. Beautiful views of the Mediterranean sea. Quiet and secluded and easy access to the beach. The apartment was big spacious and everything we needed was in the kitchen. 15 minute walk from Ibiza town center plus close to supermarkets. Ideal location.

Points in favour of these apartments: - The view from the room is very nice as it's directly over the bay. - The location was walking distance to restaurants and bars. - We were offered to check out an hour later given our flight was in the afternoon. - The cleaning staff was very polite.

There were many things we did not like. Firstly the apartment was originally prepared for 2 people instead of 3, and the member of staff I dealt with was quite unprofessional. I checked in to the property at 11pm and ended up on a video call with a half naked woman who told me it was a good thing all three of us didn't arrive on the first night, and that I needed to come by the next morning to pay the city tax. Also despite asking for the sheets and towels for the third person to be provided early in the morning these did not arrive until after 11:30am. Other features worth noting: - Aircon did not really work and the fan in the bedroom only worked if the light was on - The sofa bed isn't really a bed and is rather uncomfortable. - Wifi connection is very unstable

Friendly host and good location.

Very uncomfortable sofa bed, too hot and there wasn't adequate air conditioning. most furniture and fixtures were very old and rusty. Neighbours were very noisy and played music for 2 nights in a row until 6 am! We were given 1 toilet paper roll for 3 people for 4 days and no cleaning products/washing liquid at all. No towels were provided for the sunbeds and no washing machine. The apartment is not as fresh and clean as looks in the photos.
