The house is a row end house with its own fenced garden and private terrace. The ideal houses for a vacation with friends or the whole, big family! In these luxurious vacation homes on the North Sea is plenty of space for 7 people on three floors. On the large sofa area, everyone can meet together in the evening in front of the crackling fire of the fireplace and review the great day at the sea. In addition to the large living room on the ground floor, there is also a small TV and reading corner on the 1st floor, if you are looking for peace and quiet in between times. The open, modern kitchen is equipped with really all the comfort you could wish for, so that cooking becomes a pure pleasure. Of course, there is also a barbecue on the terrace ready for you, so you can organize cozy barbecue evenings with all your loved ones. If you do not feel like self-catering, you will find cafes and restaurants only a few minutes walk away in the small shopping area of Dagebüll. The bedrooms are distributed on all three floors. Both one of the bedrooms and a bathroom (shower without entry thresholds) are located on the first floor, so it is also suitable for guests who can not cope so well with the stairs to the upper floors. Thanks to the 1.20m wide bed, this bedroom on the ground floor is especially comfortable. The large bathroom on the 1st floor makes the house an absolute oasis of well-being, especially in the cold season, thanks to the wonderful XXL bathtub and the spacious sauna. The Dagebüll houses all have a disconnectable outdoor socket on the terrace. This is perfect for charging e-bikes. The vacation home is located only 200 meters from the North Sea and Dagebüll's evergreen beach, which invites you to swim. The many dikes around offer a perfect spot for cyclists - you can conveniently find a bike rental directly in the vacation home village. In the village center of Dagebüll, to which the vacation homes are directly adjacent, you will find small stores, restaurants and a grocer. Directly opposite, ferries depart for the North Sea islands of Amrum and Föhr - perfect for a day trip! From the nearby harbor in Schlüttsiel (approx. 8km) you can also reach the small Halligen Hooge and Langeneß quickly and relaxed by boat. Dagebüll is also ideally situated for a day trip to Sylt, because from neighboring Niebüll (approx. 12 km) you can easily take the train directly to Westerland in only half an hour. The town of Niebüll also offers a great cultural and leisure offer for young and old with various museums, an indoor swimming pool in year-round operation and a beautiful natural bathing area. Modernes, neues Ferienhaus mit viel Platz. Sauber, tolle Bäder, alles da was man braucht. Der Garten hundesicher eingezäunt, also auch für Hundehalter optimal. Hafen in fußläufiger Entfernung. Ausflüge zu den Inseln gut zu realisieren. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
