Nestled in Imperia, this charming condo for £56 per night is a great choice for your next break. Total relax and nature with a stunning panorama. Following a curvy, narrow road uphill you will find our semi-detached studio surrounded by olive and wine cultivation. Near to the sea, restaurants, markets and also hiking trails starting right outside the house. We produce all our own organic extra virgin olive oil, vegetables and fruits that we love to share with our guests. Meals and garden products on request ! Our place is for those who care about sustainability and respects mother Earth! The space: A semi-detached apartment with some shared outdoor spaces with host family. You are surrounded by wine yards and olive cultivations, oaks, palm trees, aloe vera, and all the Italian riviera gorgeous plants. Our guests have plenty of garden space to stroll around, both find shade and sun resting on comfortable sun chairs. We have a panorama platform with mats available, for yoga, stretching or pilates. There is a barbecue for use and outdoor dining facilities. Guest have access to pool, barbecue, outdoor shower, sunbeds, outdoor yoga shala, private lawn, private garden and parking. the place is perfectly suited for yoga practice and meditation as we have a new awesome outdoor yoga shala with sea view plunged into our olive tree cultivation. The guests has their own private parking situated 15 m. which as well includes an extra garden for private use. Other things to note the studio has only ONE open space / room.! Paolo (husband) is a certified mountain E-bike guide, we organize beautiful mountain tours directly from our place We are a very easygoing down-to-earth family, so no attachments to the perfections, but rather to the beautiful imperfections. we are animal friendly.. we have two very educated dogs, who live in a fenced area on the property, they are not allowed to get in the host & guests property. Extra (cleaning) fee dog €30 /weekstay €5/day if less than week. Mandatory Municipal tax: Citytax 2euro/adult/night (max payment per stay 10euro/adult). Citytax to pay cash upon arrival at registration!.

We had a great time. Annika is a very nice host :) She gave us lots of tips on where to go and what to do. She also organised dinner reservations and such things for us. The apartment is very cozy and has a great view, especially nice in the evening to watch the sunset. All in all a great place to stay.

Amazing!
From the beginning the contact with Anny was great! She is a wonderful host and has the best intensions with her guests. Always with good tips and tricks, and with a big smile. Especially dont’t forget to have dinner with her, it’s fresher than fresh, all biological, home grown and home made. No matter what surprises she puts on the table…it’s all delicious.
The house is amazing, with great views, a wonderful pool…it’s close to paradise….

Annika is een gastvrouw zoals geen ander. Ze maakt dat je je snel thuis voelt en kookt op verzoek overheerlijke en eerlijke maaltijden!
Wij én onze dwergteckel hebben een heerlijke week gehad ik het prachtige Imperia.
Ligging en uitzicht zijn geweldig; de weg er naartoe en weer het dal in zijn een uitdaging maar dat went snel.

Die Vermieterin ist immer bemüht, dass es einem gut geht. Wir haben uns einmal bekochen lassen und das war super lecker. Ansonsten konnten wir jederzeit biol. Wein und Gemüse erwerben.
Der Pool ist wunderbar erfrischend und stand uns jederzeit zur Verfügung. Der Blick auf die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Es gibt sowohl schöne Strände als auch Wandergebiete.
Einziger Wehmutstropfen für mich war die enge Straße zu dem Anwesen. Da hätte ich mir ein schmaleres Auto gewünscht.
Alles in allem einfach toll und vielleicht kommen wir wieder!

Schöne FeWo
Die FeWo hat einen wunderschönen Garten und einen tollen Ausblick, wir haben es täglich genossen. Wir hatten einen eigenen Bereich im Garten mit Liegen, Sitzgelegenheit und einem Esstisch. Den Pool hatten wir immer für uns alleine. Anny und Paolo wohnen nebenan und die Eltern von Paolo obendrüber, eine wunderbare und zuvorkommende Familie die immer am grüßen und winken war. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die FeWo ist recht klein, wir hatten unsere kleine Tochter dabei, man gewöhnt sich aber daran. Ich habe nur etwas mehr Stauraum/Kommode für die Sachen benötigt, so ein Kleinkind braucht etwas mehr Krempel 😃�. In der Küche ist auch alles da was man braucht. Unbedingt das Angebot mit dem Gemüse/Obst Korb nutzen, die gebratenen Zucchini mit dem Olivenöl von der Familie waren hervorragend und alles andere natürlich auch. Während unseres Aufenthalts ist die Klimaanlage samt Strom ausgefallen, innerhalb 1 Stunde war der Elektriker da und hatte es in wenigen Minuten repariert, super Service. Was noch zu erwähnen ist, ist die schmale Straße nach oben, es sind zwar nur ca. 2,7 km allerdings braucht man dafür 10 Minuten. Es ist eng und uns kam auch öfter jemand entgegen, d.h. dann auch Rückwärts Berg runter um die Kurve fahren um aneinander vorbei zu kommen. Wir sind mit dem Auto (welches etwas tiefergelgt ist) bei der Ein- und Ausfahrt von der FeWo regelmäßig aufgesessen. Zum Lorenzo Sandstrand (welches öffentlich und kostenlos ist und für Kinder geeignet ist) sind es ca. 10 km, von der Zeit sind es ca. 30 Minuten Fahrt, allerdings ist es in Imperia überall schwierig und kostenpflichtig zu Parken. Wir haben in der Umgebung einige Strände angeschaut, der Lorenzo ist tatsächlich der beste. Wir haben Tagesausflüge nach Cannes, Nizza und Monaco unternommen, die letzten beiden Städte kann ich nur empfehlen vor allem Monaco. Die alte Bussana Stadt ist auch zu empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank an Anny und Paolo die immer für uns erreichbar waren, die uns mit wertvollen Tipps versorgt haben und unsere Reise damit versüßt haben. Un angolo di pace
L'abitazione è graziosissima, esattamente come appare nelle foto. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la pulizia e la cura dei dettagli nell'arredamento interno e anche esterno, in giardino.
I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili per ogni evenienza.
Ideale per due persone che vogliono godersi un po' di silenzio e relax.

A beautiful place, with a most friendly family
We had a fantastic stay with Annika and her family. We stayed there for three weeks in september/october. It was a perfect time, since we were travelling with a small child. The house and sorroundings is beutiful. And it is was also very easy to drive down to Imperia, witch is a lovely Italian smal city without turists.
The family is very friendly and helped us with everything, like for example guiding in the area, booking of restaurants, organizing a homestay for our friends, and they even helped us when we had carproblems.
I really recommend this accomondation, you can by homemade wine and olive oil, and vegetables. We also had the opportunity to take part when they picked and made there own wine.
This is a lovely place to stay!

We have enjoyed our stay at ECO Homestay. At first it was difficult to find the house (don't trust Google maps. They give a wrong place). It is like 10 minutes drive from Imperia. The house lies at a hill, so you have beautiful views. To get on to the hill it's a long, curvey, narrow road upwards. You get used to it but we didn't like it really, especially in the night.
The house is nice. Everything you need is available. You have your own garden with nice views. The swimmingpool is small but lovely and sun loungers are available. We were there in Augustus and it can get very hot (the roof is flat) but luckaly there is airco. We enjoyed the surroundings. Some tips for places to visit:
- Dolcedo
- Dolceaqua
- Genua (especially the aquarium, you can go by train)

In particular, the washing machine was one of the most important points: unfortunately there is no washing machine in the flat, the landlady gives you the opportunity to wash your clothes once per week; we had therefore to look to a laundry service somewhere else to have enough clean clothes for the rest of the holiday.
Next to this, the flat is cosy, probably is better fit for a couple without children: the fridge is very small, there is really little space to store the food.
The bathroom is not provided with a ventilation system so that the landlady advices to use the wire clothesline located in the garden for drying the bath towels and other stuff; unfortunately the wires are rusted so that by the time we did discover that we had several clothes ruined (there is not a real clotheshorse for the tenants).
Few things concerning the "private garden": we had to collect the cat drops every day, garden furniture shall be removed from the grass every evening to avoid this to get wet by the grass automatic watering system, other guests of the landlady can come while you are in the flat to have their private phone calls (therefore if you want some privacy you will have to keep the curtains closed all the times).
Important point: the swimming pool is quite small and has to be shared with the other two families leaving on the property, therefore you shall not be shy to go in it if there is already someone else in.
Last but not the least: the flat is on the top of a hill, probably it is not so realistic to call the property a farm for having a small vegetable garden and few vines (the olive trees belong to a neighbour).
Despite that, we could not complain of the kindness of the people.

we stayed for 1 week in this studio. It is a clean and nice studio, attached to the house of the owners. The garden is totally fenced, which was very nice for our dog. the view is beautiful, and the small swimmingpool is just a few steps from the studio. It is very nice to have the airco, because it can get very warm here.
We really enjoyed our stay with the family, as well as the dinner and breakfast!

The garden is totally fenced, which was very nice for our dog. the view is beautiful, and the small swimmingpool is just a few steps from the studio. It is very nice to have the airco, because it can get very warm here.

3 Wochen im Paradies auf Erden
Ja, es ist sehr lange her… doch wir schwelgen heute noch an die Erinnerungen von diesem paradiesischen Plätzchen mit herrlichem Blick in das schöne Tal und Meer. Wir hatten das Privileg in der Dachwohnung zu sein. Diese ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet. Wen mal etwas fehlt, kommt es gleich. Die Wohnung ist nur ca. 8 Autominuten vom Zentrum/Meer entfernt. Der Weg jedoch ein Highlight für sich:-). Ideal für Ruhesuchende, Biker, Auskundschafter… Für Biker wunderschöne Touren möglich; Tipps bekommt man von Paolo oder Piero - empfehlenswert Tal der Tränen... Sanremo ist ca. 25 Autominuten entfernt. Monaco knapp 1 Std. und Nizza ca. 1 1/4 Std. mit dem Auto. Wirklich sehr perfekt gelegen!
Wenn man etwas wissen möchte, egal was, kann man die ganze Familie fragen, man bekommt sehr gute Auskunft/Tipps. Bezüglich essen, muss man nicht weit gehen: bei Annika kann man sehr gut essen - Annika und Paolo sind ein sehr aufmerksames Wirtepaar. Was auch noch zu erwähnen ist, wir konnten/durften vom hauseigenen Garten Bio-Gemüse haben. Sehr schmackhaft! Ja, nun zur Familie: eine liebenswürdige, nette, hilfsbereite, schöne, usw. Familie. Wir denken und reden viel über Annika, Amelie, Paolo, Maria Christiana und Piero - einfach einmalig! Wir hoffen, dass wir uns bald wieder sehen. Wir träumen davon, unsere nächsten Sommerferien, wieder an diesem paradiesischen Plätzchen und bei dieser wunderbaren Familie verbringen zu können. An dieser Stelle - Bacioni, saluti e un forte abbraccio G&R dalla Svizzera.

3 Wochen im Paradies
Ja, leider ist es sehr lange her… aber wir schwelgen heute noch in Erinnerungen an die wunderschönen drei Wochen in dem paradiesischen Plätzchen mit traumhaften Ausblick in das Tal und auf das Meer. Wir hatten das Privileg die kleine Dachwohnung mit Terrasse zu mieten. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet, das Nötige vorhanden. Ideal für ein Paar mit einem oder max. 2 Kinder. In der Küche ist alles komplett von Geschirr, Pfannen, usw. Falls etwas fehlt, kann man jederzeit danach fragen und bekommt es. Wir schwärmen nicht "nur" von der Wohnung oder dem Platz, nein, die Familie ist wirklich SPITZE!!!! Von der jüngsten bis zur ältesten Generation, man fühlt sich, wie in einer grossen Familie. Wir durften mit ihnen eine unvergessliche Zeit verbringen. Wir vermissen alle: Annika, Paulo, Amelie bis hin zu den tollen Schwiegereltern: Maria Christina und Piero. Einfach tolle, liebenswerte, hilfsbereite usw. Menschen. Gerne würden wir den nächsten Sommer wieder dort verbringen… mal schauen, ob es uns gelingt. We are really satisfied with our stay in this house. The appartment is new, comfortable clean and really nice, you can find all what you need. Another positive point is a green lawn in front where you can admire a wonderful view. We recommend this place to all who looks for real relax, who likes beautiful views of nature. We also liked that there is a swimming pool, I would repeat again that from swim.pool the view is also wonderful.
In that area you can find good beaches - pebble or sand, we tried both. In San-Lorenzo Al Mare you can hire the bicycles, there is long and beautyful track. You can visit many old towns all arround the area - very nice! We wend several times in France that is very near.
The owners are really very hospitable, we are glad to know this wonderful family. You can be sure that they will help you with any questions or recommendatins. Before our arrival we have read many advices to try the dinner prepared by Annika. And that was true!!! The dinner were really perfect crowned by exquisite Emily's tiramisu. It's a pity that we didn'd make a foto with Annika, Paolo and Emily... Hope that we will have another possibility!!
Our advice to all - "Choose this place, don't have any doubts".

Another positive point is a green lawn in front where you can admire a wonderful view. We recommend this place to all who looks for real relax, who likes beautiful views of nature. We also liked that there is a swimming pool, I would repeat again that from swim.pool the view is also wonderful.

Wonderful and relaxing stay in an exellent small department for two.
Absolutely amazing wiew over the hills and the see! Sit in the garden surronding by the flowers and watch the sun go down with a drink in your hand - marvelous!
A quick 10 min. with the car and you end up on a beautiful little beach.
Don´t bother with cooking breakfeast! Buy the morningmeal and enjoy a tasteful full breakfeast that will keep you going fore half a day.
Ask the landlady for help - she´s a living encyklopedia on Liguria!
You will get a lot fore your mony - and it´s a pleasure to recommend this B&B for all Swedish friends

Que dire... tout était parfait! De la qualité de l’accueil en passant pas la location en elle même!
C'est une région magnifique et très riche en découverte.
Paolo et Annika ne manqueront pas de vous donner les bonnes adresses, et vous faire découvrir l'excellente cuisine régionale!
Nous espérons revenir au plus vite pour continuer à découvrir la Ligurie et manger les bon petits plats d'Annika!

We stayed here for 2 weeks and spend a very relaxing time in this cozy apprtment of Annika and Paolo. Our children enjoyed the garden and the swimming pool a lot. We felt very welcomed and got many helpful tipps, thank you so much for your hospitality. It‘s wonderful to look over the mountains and see the Ligurian Sea. We liked it a lot!
