Room was beautifully decorated, bed was comfortable and so was the shower. Very good wifi! Hotel on 4th floor of a building in a lively neighbourhood with plenty of shops and restaurants. Francesco was very helpful and responded very quickly. Great value for money!

Good location, vibrant neighborhood. We checked in after 8:30pm, explored on foot, had dinner and dessert until about 10:30pm. Most things were closed by then but it was still safe to roam around. The room was difficult to find at first but once you find it you can’t miss it. The hosts are very responsive on WhatsApp and made the check-in process a breeze. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.
Cars are unable to pull up to the Airbnb. Our taxi driver from the train station 1km away got lost and charged us €30, eventually told us he didn’t know where to go and dropped us off as close as he can. The walk from car drop off was only 5min but if you have lots of luggage, it may be difficult to drag on the cobblestone path. We also noticed slow drainage in the shower and soap water built up quickly. Slightly inconvenient since we had to take breaks showering. The walls were also thin so we could hear other guests if they were loud. Past 11pm everyone went to sleep so we had no issues.

Central location, very clean and comfortable bed and terrace.
It is in the walking area of Naples, so a taxi cannot drop you to the door. Be aware if you have heavy bags!
The elevator was small and slow.
The air conditioner was not super strong but I acknowledge there is a big heatwave in Italy at the time we stayed.

Great location in the middle of the Historic centre of Naples lots of tours within walking distance.
Felt safe the whole time we were there. Lots of Cafe bars restaurants within walking distance.
Cobbled streets made it difficult to drag luggage. Due to the entrance being in an ally cars could not really get to it, so you need to walk a short distance.
Also the entrance is difficult to see as there are no large signs, and it's just a small tag on the gate of the building.

Great location.
Felt a bit unsafe as we did get approached by 2 individuals that kept threatening us and having 3 little kids i did get worry.

The location was great as it was in the middle of many restaurants.
For the price, I thought it would have been more spacious, but it was literally just a room. No complaints about the size but the price per night was high when taking the size into account.

Need to arrange a good parking solution. If you drive, it’s very difficult both to arrive close to the hotel and to park subsequently anywhere at all !!

Location was very central.
Lots of space in the room.
Great communication from host and very helpful when our taxi to the airport cancelled last minute.
Complimentary drinks and snacks in the room.
No reception staff- I was expecting a hotel but this seemed more like a bnb, perhaps I didn’t read the information correctly.
Room needed a little TLC- bathroom looked there has been a water leak at some point.

the gate was very loud when people were coming in and out, there were staff sitting outside our room chatting loudly while we were still in the room trying to sleep

We had an amazing trip to beautiful Naples, and the It's Room apartment was perfectly located for us to enjoy everything Naples has to offer.
Francesco was so helpful and catered to every request throughout the duration of our 3 night stay, and was the perfect host throughout our stay.

Great location, we are able to walk all sights on foot. Room is clean and comfortable, and there are some drinks /snacks free to consume in mini bar.

Complicated to find. Taxi can’t get into narrow streets. We didn’t have the exact address and had to ask specifically for it because our map wasn’t showing it. We eventually found it. Streets are dark and it was raining which contributed to our difficulty.

Our room was quite spacious and super clean. We loved the central location which enabled us to walk everywhere.
The owner was responsive to our requests.
It was great but a bit impersonal. Things worked a bit on the Airbnb concept: lots of electronic communication but no personal interaction.

Loved this b&b. Location in historic district was great—close to things we wanted to do. Our rooms were lovely, with the best shower I’ve had in numerous European trips. The bed was very comfortable as well. A/C worked well —it was a bit warm at night. Complimentary coffee, tea and a few other beverages in the mini frig were appreciated. Check in online was easy. Francesco met us early so we could store our luggage before check-in time which was much appreciated. He also arranged an earlier check-in for us. All in all a very nice place where we would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in Naples.
