Me gustó la decoración del bar, en fin toda la decoración fue hermosa

El ruido desde las 8 por una obra o remodelación de las instalaciones, fue muy molesto h no me dejo descansar bien

Very pleasant, better than expected.

It's a very nice hotel. The restaurant/bar are in the hotel but are a separate business so the costs are not billed to your room. The people who work at both are very nice and helpful. The room was bigger than expected and the bathroom as well. Both are well appointed. There is hot water from the rain shower head. The location is good in the center of the city just 2 blocks or so from the main plaza. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. It's definitely a hotel I would stay in again.

Can't think of anything negative to say about the hotel.

Great place in the downtown of Pasto

The rooms are clean and safe. The staff is kind. They have a great social zone with a restaurant and a pub. Food is delicious and drinks are pretty good. The hotel is in the downtown of Pasto, so is really easy to get a cab

WiFi never worked for me. The rooms can be too cold. if there are a lot of people, it can be noisy.

The service was great very friendly staff. The restaurant food was ok and it can get a bit loud around your room. But the location is very convenient

good location but too noisy guests and management does nothing about it

Location

Internet has too many problems. Too noisy. Since VERY early in the morning until after midnight there is a guy living on the second floor that acts as if he owns the hotel. When I complained about it at him, they didn't do anything and when I complained to him myself he was completely drunk and threatened me IN FRONT of the owner of the hotel and still no action. I had to bring the police to calm him down and next day I 've left. In this hotel don't value their customers. NEVER AGAIN there.

i doubt you will be able to sleep here

-this hotel has a bar underground... the bar keeps playing loud music from 6pm to 2am, even during weekdays, i stayed here in a wednesday and the loud music kept me awake the whole night... i even got downstairs to check the bar and the only persons there were waiters and barman... in other words: if you are able to sleep here you can sleep in a warfare -if wasn't enought the loud music whole night the guy in reception decided to put some loud music on his phone at 7am while doing his chores... so this place isn't for sleep -the place looks NOTHING like the photos, it is probably took from other place -despite not looking like the photos i liked the room, it was clean and confortable, good internet, TV, and very confy bed -the location is good this place would be good for relaxing during the day and watching tv but what is the point to go to a hotel where you can't sleep...
