A family run business that is quaint in this Morden world. Fantastic views of ibiza Town. Staff were so accommodating. We had a lovely stay in its oldest world charm.

This place is magical, I could watch the sea and mountains from the balcony for hours and hours. So close to the city centre and beach and yet so calm and quiet. I honestly don’t know where you could find another place like this :)
Ps! I think this bathroom has the best view window I’ve ever seen, many 5*hotels don’t even get close to this one :)

The staff were very friendly, our room was fantastic and the sea views absolutely breathtaking. Located between Playa D’en Bossa and the old town, it provided a perfect base for exploring.
We would have liked coffee making facilities in the room and also a key code for entry would have been useful. We felt like we were disturbing the staff each time we came and went.

- the staff are so lovely. It's a big family and they are all super welcoming, nice and helpful. They helped us to get a rental car in 15minutes at a very reasonable price
- very good location - 8-10 minutes from the old town, 12from the beach
- super spacious and clean room with a fab balcony
We will definitely stay again there if we go back to Ibiza

The hotel is located very close to the Ibiza town, although the place is quiet as it is uphill. The sea views from the balcony are amazing! The staff was very warm and we really felt welcome there. We really enjoyed the stay and the beautiful Ibiza. The hotel also has a parking and the road up is alright. There is a secluded beach 5 min down from the hotel, it does not have many people.

the property was in a perfect location in the old town with spectacular sea view. The staff was incredible and I would rate this as a 3-4* hotel.

The room facing the sea was so dreamy. It was a small little apartment without kitchen, but it was so quaint and beautiful. i turned up quite late due to travelling but the staff on site were THE MOST loveliest, friendliest and accommodating people i've ever met. I will definitely be staying here again when i head back to ibiza.
however, It was very far and up the top of the hill so needed a taxi to get luggage anywhere. We waited for three taxi's to not show to take us to the city centre and wasted an hour and a half of our day in the foyer, but the staff again were very sweet offering us coffee and water while we waited.

Wonderful hotel! The view from the terrace overlooking the sea is just spectacular. The room was lovely and we really enjoyed our balcony with a view on the sea as well! Good airconditioning, good beds, rainshower, clean apartment, kind staff and delicious and cheap coffee :). Highly recommend!
A pool would have been nice, but honestly: you’re on an island so just hop in the ocean! We personally didn’t have time for that when we stayed here but you definitely could :).

I loved the location overlooking the sea and with a view up to the old town. I also thought the service was exceptional - incredibly helpful staff. Beautiful breakfast terrace with sun lounger and imaginative planting. We loved the calm tranquil atmosphere and the weather was fabulous (just what we needed after the UK summer). Permanent residents include a lovely dog and a talkative parrot!

Lovely little hotel near the castle, everyone was welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and looked newly renovated. They have also terrace with an amazing ocean view.
Difficult to get to if you don't have a car. The door and walls are quite thin.

What a charming hotel! The location is just incredible with beautiful views of the sea and Ibiza Town. The rooms are really lovely, well laid out and beautifully decorated. You even have a fridge in the room. The outside terrace is a gem, and loved sitting out in the evening reading my book with a glass of wine! The hotel is a 10 minute walk to Ibiza old town with an array of restaurants, bars, cafes and has a little supermarket close by. The staff made me feel so at home and were so helpful. Overall a delightful stay!

This a jewel within the city of Ibiza. A place of quiet, relax and beauty. Not for the party goers but better suited for couples, solo travelers, or families without kids. I already dream of coming back.

The best hosts. They helped us with everything we asked. Got a bigger room for our 10th anniversary, fixed us a scooter in no time. Always friendly!

Loved the decor and views from our room. The kind staff offered us another room with a double bed as the one we booked had single beds. Short walk to the old town, by far the most beautiful part of Ibiza town.
Ibiza town is fairly pricey for accommodation. This was good value for money for 'Ibiza prices'
