Resort Amenities - Pool - Hot tub - Tennis court Things to Know Pool passes and wristbands are included in your reservation. Bookings will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS. Cancellations will result in a credit card fee of 2.99% of the transaction amount, plus $.30. This fee is nonrefundable. Armbands will be in the vacation rental upon arrival. Please leave them here when departing. Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Tile floor was really dirty . As for proper sheets for bed on second day . Never did get proper sheets . Ones we had were queen sheets on a king bed

This property was probably the dirtiest we have ever stayed in! The walls were dirty the floor was very sandy after it had been "cleaned," etc. I would not recommend staying here at all. Please hire new cleaners and do some updates!

I rented this property partly because of the reviews stating it was very clean. When we arrived the condo looked relatively clean, but then I started noticing the layer of dust on the furniture and stains on the couches. The white bed skirt had black foot prints all over it but thankfully the sheets were clean. The baseboards had a layer of dust, had been a while since cleaned. The floor appeared clean but a few minutes after my daughters took their socks off their feet were black. The pots had food burnt on and were not usable. This condo definitely needs a deep clean. It was cleaner after we left than it was when we arrived.
Also the toilet in the hallway did not refill after flushing. My kids had to use the master bathroom toilet.
The condo did have a great layout and location. The check in process was easy and hassle free.

We had 5 people to stay all over 50 years. Great location, beach was beautiful. we enjoyed the balcony watching the sun rise and set each day.

This condo is in a good location. Elevators are quick despite being a larger condo. We stayed at Majestic last year and had no complaints. Booked a different unit this year and overall not impressed. Cleaning service needs extra education on what's considered clean. There was mold in the master shower, on the shower head, mirrors were dirty. There were dried food splatters on side of kitchen cabinets, and bathroom door. There were large dust bunnies built up behind headboards in both bedrooms. One of the "clean" bowls I grabbed from the cabinet had a sticky brown substance in it. Dirt/grime built up behind toilets in bathrooms. I could go on, and took several pictures as well. Had I not had to spend a good amount of time deep cleaning the condo that had already been "cleaned" we would have had a much better time. Especially for the amount of money we spent to stay here, I'm pretty disappointed. I understand the owners don't personally clean the units but they are responsible for ensuring the hired service does their job adequately. We definitely won't be back because of it.

When we booked the unit, it said we would have one parking space and we could pay $20 for a second parking space. The day that we checked in, we were sent a notification that we would only have one parking space. We had two cars and had to make arrangements and spend time and money on finding a place for the second car. It does not speak well of an organization who tells you one thing and then on the day that you arrive tells you another. All the spaces were not taken but we were told that a two bedroom unit only had one car space. If we had known that, we would not have booked it because we needed another space for a second car. We will not be using Vacasa in the future.

Overall we had a good experience. A few things could have been a little cleaner, but the amenities that come with the unit more than make up for it. Would definitely recommend!

It was a very nice place to stay. We enjoyed it for the most part. They’re very strict with the carts here. They wouldn’t let my groceries be delivered to my room because the delivery driver couldn’t rent a cart. We had several maintenance people needing to come in to fix the light bulbs or bait the room, etc. It was hard to sit out on the balcony without smelling people smoking constantly even though it’s a smoke free facility. We had issues with having two cars. When I booked the room online it said free parking for two cars but they only gave me one pass so I had to call to get that straight. I also didn’t realize that beach chairs didn’t come with this condo. Overall the room was really nice but I will choose another place to stay next time.

Overall the stay was really good. Panama City is my all time favorite. It is home away from home. The condo is very nice. The only issue we had was the single ice maker was froze up, my husband had to fixed it. The fridge had water coming from somewhere so everything on the top shelves was in water. Other then that it was nice and we would stay at this again.

Everything was great. Master bed could use a better mattress. If you like a firmer mattress, you're not going to like this one. Its worn in and uncomfortable. Other than that, it was an amazing stay.

First of all, the location is beautiful, & the condo itself is beautiful! Very spacious, & clean! The beach is literally in front of you. You just ride down the elevator on ground floor, & the beach is there. We had a wonderful time here! I would have given 5 stars, but
have complaints. The communication with the property manager is terrible. We booked this place with the description that they will let you park 2 vehicles for free. Even the day of arrival we received email that the parking would be for 2 vehicles. When we got there, we only had 1 parking pass. So, I called the vacasa people, & they told me they will take care of it, & they will have some on-site people from their team who will come & give us another parking pass. They said they will give us a call on their way. Well, 3 hours later, still haven't heard anything. So I called again, & they said that "oh it will be tomorrow they will bring another parking pass, so just write your name and tower and room number on the 2nd vehicle on a piece of paper to put on windshield." I ask, are yall sure our 2nd vehicle won't get towed if we do that? They said they are sure. So we go & try to do that & park the vehicle, but the security says no you will get towed. (The security apparently is not affiliated with vacasa, only the building). At this point, we are frustrated, we park the 2nd vehicle to a paid parking area. The next day, the whole day didn't get a call from vacasa if they are on their way to bring other parking pass. At this point it's 5pm, they said they will bring parking pass in the morning, & it's already afternoon. I call them again. & they say "Oh it's a mistake. We only provide 1 parking pass." This wouldn't be a problem if they were just honest from the beginning because it really irritated me, & somewhat ruined the rest of the day. If they can't give another parking pass, then just say it, not make me keep calling & telling us they are gunna do this and that. Also, the check in process is confusing. There were no good instructions. We arrived & assumed we just park & check in with the staff like a regular hotel (this was our 1st time here so we don't know anything). Apparently, when you arrive, you go to the parking area 3rd floor & park on loading/unloading area. Then go walk to your condo to get the vehicle pass, or else they will tow you. Then, afterwards you can get your cart from the security personnel to unload. It would have helped to have clear isntructions!

Location was excellent, right on beach. Access to beach and several pools. Room was as advertised. Only complaint is when we walked in you could smell cigarette smoke even though unit is nonsmoking. It was not extreme but still not pleasant.

Majestic Towers II:
The views were amazing! You get to watch the sun set over the water every evening. It was so nice to have a balcony not only off the living room, but the master bedroom as well. The convenience to the beach couldn't be better. Down the elevator, out the door, and you're on the powder white sand. Our kids loved getting to swim in the indoor pool in December. We even attempted the outdoor pool but that trip was short lived until we were back at the indoor one. Parking is convenient as well as access to all of the amenities (beach access, indoor and outdoor pools, game room, theater, lounge).
Our condo: Beautifully and appropriately decorated to fit the beach vibe. Plenty of space for our crew of 5. In addition to the king sized master bed, full sized guest bed, and pull out couch, they also provided 2 air mattress with additional bedding and pillows. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and separate spacious shower. The closet area has a large vanity space that was great. The major reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the master bedroom mattress. It was very uncomfortable making it extremely difficult to get a good night's rest. I'm not even sure if a mattress pad would help at this point. It could stand to be replaced. The full sized bed in the guest room was fine though. Living furniture was comfortable as well as the dining chairs. We appreciated being supplied with toiletries, laundry detergent, and dish detergent. You would probably be better off bringing your own toilet paper. We ran out 2 days before leaving and the TP provided was extremely thin and rough. We were also only given on extra trash bag so would bring some of our own next time as well. The kitchen is stocked with dishwear. We did have to purchase our own cookie sheet and pizza cutter as these were not provided.
Reservations, check-in, and check-out were all a breeze.
Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay and are already planning our next. Would absolutely recommend!

The view was beautiful. The rooms were very clean. The only complaint I have about this room was the bed in the master bedroom is horrible. I didn't get much sleep all week because it was just that bad. But we had a great vacation!

The decor was beautiful; pictures of advertisement true. The balcony was great and out entry door was so pretty. It rained first 4 days (thank you Storm Micheal), the water was not pretty because of the storm. If I was to give it a 0 to 10 it would be 9.5.
