Fabulous quiet location and outside terrace with great views of Marina plus exterior shower. Private parking easily for two cars.
Shower in bathroom no door therefore floor get wet easily. Ironing Board and full length mirror would be great additions.

Location and sea view are perfect. Also private parking is a big advantage. Everything is walking distance.
