Great for a two day stay

The buffet food was really good and plentiful. Absolutely loved it. The indoor ski rental facilities excellent. The staff were very polite and accommodating. Location brilliant.

The bedrooms were satisfactory but that was it. It was a shame there was no central lounge area to relax after skiing ( with fires) so you could sit and have a drink or in the evening. So atmosphere was somewhat lacking.

Superb

Great location to ski Cortina! Felt very traditional and felt like we were the only western guests at the time. Buffet breakfast was amazing! Great onsen. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. We took the direct bus from Cortina back to Nagano which made our travel a lot easier.

The hotel is isolated from other restaurants and town - any more than two nights here would have been too long. One night at the buffet was enough!

Great stay on slopes of Cortina

On-slope accommodation was super convenient. The room was large and had a great view. Loved using the onsen after a day on the slopes. Staff were super kind and accommodating for our requests. Staggered meal times to try to reduce over crowding during covid times.

Buffet meals were ok, but lacked any significant change in menu (we stayed 4nights) so it got a bit repetitive. Unfortunately no transport provided by the hotel from Hakuba

great stay and the Osen is a tweat

location fantastic for skiing need to be aware at the end of the line for bus transit and if skiing another mountain recommend doing in the morning.

It was alright, but some things could have made it better

The ski in ski out aspect of the hotel was very convenient, and it helped to be next to the Cortina ski slope. The parking at the hotel was also free, which was nice.

The food was repetitive and it got tiring to eat the same thing for each meal everyday. It would be better if the food changed up each day, so it wasn’t the same thing all the time.

the hotel needs a serious renovation in the restaurants and the rooms. everything seems very worn and outdated. food is not very good

The location of the hotel is perfect. Seeing it for the first time is like fairytale.

The pillows are so hard. Had hard time sleeping on it.

No bar facility nothing to do in the evening. Food was pretty rubbish and expensive.

Superb

Room and Onsen was great. Included buffet breakfast and dinner. Handy Ski locker and close Proximity to Cortina lift. No queues. Convenience/Souvenir shop and vending machines.

Too few restaurants and more variety at Italian would be good. Cash only for shuttle was a problem and it left a bit late at 12pm. Epic Pass did not include night skiing.
