This is a Radisson franchise and the owners run a very tight operation; it is one small bottle of shampoo for two person

Not much to like really. It’s a tired, old hotel in need of a make over

The hotel portrays itself as a 4star. In reality it’s a two star.

I know it is not your problem to solve, but it would be highly appreciated if You could work with the city to repair the open sewer system in front of the hotel. It smells of urine and the front of the hotel porch is always wet. The management should encourage their employees to look at movies spoken in the English language. If you solve the sewer problem I will stay there next time.

it was not the right choice for us.

the room was spacious, the breakfast was fine.

I’m used to 5 stars hotel and this one gave us an impression of maximum 3 stars. By arrival we got a room that from the windows we looked direct to the air conditioner external equipments. They changed the room after our complaint. Personnel tried to be friendly, but failed, the corridors were moldy, the toilette ventile was very loud, the internet was not good at all, the room was smelly, the pool was under renovation and even the minibar was noisy. the pub next door was extremely loud as well and we could hear it all from the 9th floor. this was not a hotel to relax and enjoy comfort.

Enjoyable stay, but do not expect too much from breakfast

Fresh fruit and juice at breakfast. Terrace in front of the hotel, and enjoying cold beverages and small bites

original breakfast area was being renovated, and alternative breakfast room was a bit cold.

According to booking.com this is a 5 star hotel! But it is far from that. When we arrived the late night staff was rude we went up to our room we paid for the business suite & it was awful! It smelt was dirty there was mould in photo frames. We couldn’t have the air con on due to the smell that come out of it.. we also had a do not clean me sign on the door when we went out to find a new hotel and when we come back cleaners was in our room!! That was not ok!! My boyfriend and I couldn’t sleep as the bed sheets was dirty. It was by far the worst night sleep in a hotel I have ever had. My boyfriend went down for breakfast the next day and the plates was dirty. Hygiene is important even more so when we have just had a world pandemic. We was due to stay for 3 nights but left. We wasn’t offered any money back. Some staff was helpful but most of them was rude! this has put me off radisson hotels for ever now! Save your money and avoid at all costs!
