The room was lovely, very spacious and comfortable it felt very french Chic! Our host was lovely and gave us recommendations of places we could visit. The breakfast she prepared every morning was above and beyond and her freshly prepared treat was that added bonus. We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.

Everything about our stay at Le Mas d'Hermès was perfect. We were kindly greeted by Emmanuelle (and her adorable dogs!) upon arrival and shown to a lovely room with a large, comfortable bed and great shower. Our breakfast of freshly baked goods, homemade jams, and local juices was also excellent. Most of all, Emmanuelle was our saving grace when our passports were stolen in Marseille — even driving us to 2 police stations to serve as our translator and advocate. She truly treated us like her own kids! Even days after our departure, Emmanuelle spoke with police officers on our behalf. We hope to return to Le Mas d'Hermès someday!!

The hostess was extremely rude and disregards your opinions. Definitely the rudest person working in service. First of all there is absolutely NO information about the fact that there are dogs in the building, which is completely unacceptable for people with allergies and/or a phobia if dogs.My daughter has a dog allergy and could not be around the dogs, which she did not care about at all. She suggested for my daughter to pet the dogs to get to know them, when she knew that she could not be around them at all. Then she refused to keep the dogs inside for my daughter to eat breakfest for 10 minutes by saying that it’s her house and that we are only guests. When we said that we wanted to leave because the place is unnaceptable and unlivable for my daughter, she called the police and started screaming at us. Overall, it was an extremely bad experience that I would wish to noone

A lovely place, with a very welcoming and helpful host with good local knowledge and recommendations. Quiet and spacious rooms. Delicious and generous spread for breakfast each morning. Our teenage sons were delighted by the freshly cooked pancakes. Home made jams and juices were also a treat amongst other fare. We could relax in the garden and by the pool and the location is very convenient to some gorgeous Provençal towns.

We had a wondeful stay at Le Mas d'Hermes - the room was large and had all the facilities we needed. Emanuelle welcomed us with open, served us an outstanding breakfast, answered any questions we had and gave us some great advice on what to do in the area. We definitely plan to come back to stay longer next time.

We enjoyed this as a base to explore the another part of the Provence. Its centrally located and very easily reached. Don’t be fooled by a first impression of the busy high way when reaching the location: it is extremely quiet and very green. Above all: we really appreciated the incredible hosting by Emmanuelle. Not only did she make delicious and unique breakfasts each day - she also provided us with the best tips! She knows where the nice walks and hikes are, where to find the best restaurants, where to buy local wines for good prices, et cetera. Thank you again Emmanuelle!
You need a car to go to the restaurants etc. But that is to expected.

The B&B is run in a family kind of way. The hosts talk to their guests and hang out with them. Fruits are grown there and served for breakfast. The house is beautiful and located in a very romantic scenery with lots of vegetation, a little river, etc. They also have two very friendly dogs who come say hello every morning.
The place is great if you like the outdoors and old romantic houses. It's not a hotel, it's not run like a hotel. If you stay in the main house you have all the usual facilities. If you stay in the bungalow you only have an outside shower and dry toilet - no toilet inside the bungalow. We don't know if the cleanliness will be different, we only know what we experienced - which was not acceptable.
However, the hosts take care of you and even showed us the best places to visit, drew us a little route, etc.
We arrived exhausted after a long drive thinking we had booked a bungalow with all the facilities plus an outside shower, outside kitchen and outside toilet. It turned out the outside shower and dry toilet were the only bathroom - there was no bathroom inside the bungalow. This could have just been a simple misunderstanding because of the language. What really made us rethink our stay was the cleanliness of the room. There were cobwebs all over the place and dust/dirt on all surfaces. The shower and dry toilet were also full of cobwebs, spiders, mosquitos and various other bugs - obviously, because it was located outside. Me being seven months pregnant and getting up five times a night to use the toilet getting ravished by tiger mosquitos was far from ideal. We ended up telling the hostess about our concerns and after a little back and forth she ended up organizing a stay in a different room for the following two nights which we greatly appreciated. This new room was inside the main house and had a shower and normal toilet inside the room. This room was also cleaner.

Emmanuelle and Jean-Francois are extremely welcoming, and very caring while leaving you roam freely in the grounds of their beautiful place. It is a great balance between having space while feeling at home. The breakfast was out of this world with daily freshly made pastries, fruit, vegetables, cheese, fresh bread and croissants, home made jam and juice and so much more. The garden is beautiful with lots of interesting areas to discover and relax.
Nothing. Even the parking is in the shade!

This place is all that it promises and even more! The garden is amazing, super big, the terrace is so nice that we didn't even have dinner in a restaurant because it was so nice to have dinner there in the sunset. Emmanuelle and François are extremely nice hosts they will help you with everything you need, they can speak many languages and will help you to get the best of your trip. If you want to experience the life in the provence you can't miss it. The location is also amazing, between Les Alpilles and Luberon, and also close to the highway in case you want to go further away. We stayed for a whole week and we had fridge, tv with netflix etc, full complete kitchen, it was so so nice and I fully recommend it, I can assure you you won't regret it.
Nothing, everything exceeded our expectations!

Everything: great location to discover by car the beauty of the region - spacious room and mainly a very friendly atmosphere with low profile and generous hosts who were always helpful. Excellent homemade breakfast by Emmanuelle served in a peaceful garden. We had an amazing 4 days stay.
