Nestled in Seaside, this charming house for £398 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in a residential area of upper Seaside is perfect for a short vacation or a longer stay. The main living areas – with panoramic ocean views – are on the upper level, along with the master bedroom and a full bath. Downstairs, two guestrooms (one Queen and one twin daybed with a pullout trundle) share a second bath (also with a tub/shower). This home features multiple areas for enjoying the outdoors. A small deck off the living room has a gas barbecue, and on sunny days the ocean view balcony off the master bedroom will be your favorite hangout… unless you’re in the yard, serving wine and cheese on the oak wine barrels, under a vine-covered arbor… or warming yourself around the fire pit (Duraflame logs only) after the sun goes down. The living room has bamboo floors, a large TV, and a gas log fireplace. The kitchen has tile countertops, a gas range, a side-by-side refrigerator and a breakfast bar (there’s also a glass-topped dining table with seating for four). But in this location, cooking is definitely optional: take your pick from fast food, delis, diners and a gamut of international cuisines: Thai, Chinese, Mexican, Japanese, German, Italian and more. Single car garage. Sleeps 6 in beds: 2 Queens and one twin trundle (plus air mattress for extra guests).Seaside is a small coastal community just north of Monterey.

We had a whale of a time here!! The property was shrimply fintastic! The whole property is everything it is advertised to be and is in a great location. Thank you for the stay! We will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us to Monterey in the future!!

Hilltop Haven was very comfortable with plenty of room for three of us. We found it easy to get to all the Monterey area locations we wanted to visit, with a quiet, clean and comfortable home base.

Hilltop Haven was exactly as presented in the VRBO listing. Staying there was like living in a second home. We will definitely stay there again when we are visiting friends and family in California in the future.

We had a great stay at this property. Everything went smoothly from initial communication to check-in through check-out. The property was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed. The location was great for everything we wanted to do. We will definitely stay here again.

The property is clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are very comfortable. The property is located close to Monterey with easy access to everything. Private garage (1 car) and driveway parking is a plus. The only thing we wish not there was the early morning traffic noice in weekdays since the master suite is facing the street. Some light sleepers may want to bring with them some noice cancellation devices or ear plugs for that. But this is at no fault of everyone involved. Overall, we enjoyed the short three day stay at the property very much.

We are a group of 5 sisters on our yearly trip together. Originally we had scheduled for January but the flooding concerned us, so management worked with us to move our reservation to August. This house is so fun, tastefully decorated, meet all our needs. The only drawback (besides having to leave to come home) was the driveway... Steep and on a busy street, but we solved the problem by posting a "lookout" on the sidewalk who could direct the driver when it was safe to back out. We would definitely stay here again!!

Had a great stay, the owner thought of everything I was impressed how well equipped the house was everyone enjoyed their stay. FYI the upstairs shower was draining. Slowly, I use a plunger, and that seemed to work just letting you know..

The unit was very clean and extremely well stocked. Beds and pillows were super comfortable! We caught up on our rest and enjoyed our stay. It was a good location to get to all the places we wanted to visit in the Monterey/Carmel area.

Pleasant, lots of outdoor space. No a/c, but in master (front of house, 2nd floor) you can open the sliding glass door and use a fan (supplied) to mask the street noise (somewhat busy street) at night. The 2 bedrooms in lower level are quiet and cool.
Every need has been planned for. (Fan, hamper, soaps, lotions, games, every utensil we needed, coolers, ice packs, beach chairs, etc). This is the most pleasant, well equipped, clean vacation home we have ever stayed in. The home is in a residential (not tourist) area and the neighborhood is quiet and feels safe, despite fact that the other homes are not well kept up. We appreciated parking in the driveway (steep though).

Great location for Monterey. Good communication with owner. The standout feature for us was how incredibly well stocked the rental was. They are serious when they say everything you need other than groceries for a beach stay. Would definitely stay at again.

We had a wonderful experience! The house was lovely! Kitchen and bathrooms equipped with everything you need and more! Very clean! Master patio is great!! Grill patio not as much, but that didn’t bother us. We had an issue with code to enter upon arrival, the maintenance man answered and got us in immediately! The property manager called back asap as well! The drive is tricky to leave, steep hill and a blind spot, but we backed in and had no issues. The location was perfect! Easy and quick drive to all we needed! We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the house! It felt comfortable and safe. We enjoyed all the outdoor spaces and the kid room even came with books to read. It had great access to nearby playgrounds, beaches and restaurants.

Wonderful home and perfectly set up and perfect location for exploring Monterey Peninsula. We were on a road trip across country so we had a car to drive to state parks and beaches and into Monterey as we needed. Seaside is a suburb of Monterey it seems with lots of big box stores and commercial areas, not really close to the beach, but conveniently located close to scenic areas!!! Great place with great hosts!

Quiet place to relax!
Wonderful short stay in this well-appointed home. Everything was provided. Beautiful view. Unfortunately, we were on the "go" so much that we didn't have time to enjoy the patio.

My grandson tried to describe them to me but he's autistic and couldn't do it. So I spent most of the time scared because I hate bugs. I don't know what they were but just thought I'd let you know. That's the only problem I had. They might want a fumigate.
