Catering to mature individuals as well as families, we welcome you to your cozy, comfy 'Southern ease' home away from home, complete with a 'beachy' decor, Wi-Fi, cable TV, W/D, & a fully equipped kitchen. You are 2 miles from the beautiful white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island on the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy day trips to the beach, Mote Marine, Ringling Museum, Busch Gardens, Thomas Edison's home, to name but a few as well as shopping, golf, & the theater. So much to see & do or just kick back & relax in this quiet residential setting. Nearby are many casual dining places as well as fine dining or sit out on your deck overlooking your peaceful oasis enjoying the gorgeous sunsets.

Apartment was exactly as pictured. Very clean and comfortable beds. Location was perfect for us since we knew the area. It was a perfect fit. Enjoyed the outside deck for morning coffee and evening sunsets. We will rent this property again on our next stay.

Everything was really nice. The beds so comfortable, linens and towels great quality. Everything so clean. Very quiet. Well equipped kitchen. The chairs in the living room comfy and relaxing. Great proximity to the beaches, seafood restaurants, grocery stores. It was a really wonderful experience. Thank you, Becky!

Bob and Karen were great hosts. The house had everything we needed for our family of five. 10/15 minute drive to the beach, fishing pier, kayaking and shopping. Very happy for the well equipped kitchen. It is a second floor apartment so lots of steps but for the price it worked for us.

Karen/Bob the owners went above and beyond for my family and so did Becky the property manager! I will visit them again someday. The property was the cleanest, most comfortable rental we have stayed in. Bus stop at the end of the drive takes you straight to Anna Maria Island. We used the “Mystop” app to track the bus and trolleys. No cars needed to go to the island if you fly to Sarasota! We used The Monkey Bus or Uber to get around to different areas. We had a wonderful vacation. Coquina Beach was my favorite.

Quiet but close to everything
Wanted a quiet place close to the beaches (and not too far from IM for those soccer folks) but with access to everything. This was perfect - boys were able to spend all day at beach but at night we were able to get away from the craziness and relax.

Karen and Bob are the owners of the place we stayed in and they were really nice and welcoming. The place was cleaned, the kitchen fully stocked, the neighborhood was peaceful and we had access to beautiful beaches all around. We really enjoyed our stay.

Clean and well trimmed, very attractive. I think the photos did not do it justice. It was much more comfortable than expected from photos. We will keep it in our addresses for future reference. Owners and managers were great to work with. Had everything we might need. Rae Thomson.

This was not a planned trip and it had to be changed due to circumstances. The owners we very helpful and friendly. The place was very clean and even though this wasn't a vacation we enjoyed our stay.

Great Jumping Off Point for Anna Maria Island
Karen & Bob’s duplex is a mile or so east of the bridge onto AMI. Easy access to Cortez Ave also makes the location convenient for accessing Bradenton and Sarasota.
The unit was very clean and well stocked and is located in a quiet neighborhood. We particularly appreciated the back deck area for relaxing, grilling and having a beverage or two.
Karen was very friendly and communicative, but not at all intrusive. On check in day, she contacted us to let us know that an early check in was possible ( which was greatly appreciated).
We would stay here again.

Beautiful and peaceful well-manicured property close to Anna Maria Island, it’s beaches and social amenities.
The clean and fresh-smelling condo expresses all the local color of Florida in it’s decor. Kitchen stocked with essential tools to meet or exceed needs of travelers. The linens and towels were fresh and clean as well. Washer/Dryer worked well for me.

Absolutely love this home. It has everything needed and you are literally 5 mins from the beach. The owners live right below and are the sweetest and nicest people. They were right there should we need anything. Including going on a goose chance with our son to find his ball that he hit into the neighbors yard. We will definitely stay with them again.
