Súper bonito y son muy detallistas. Las habitaciones tal cual salen en las fotos. Tienen para poner Netflix y cable, también un mini refrigerador, plancha y secadora que se agradecen mucho.

Tienes que subir por las escaleras si o si, para gente mayor o quien traiga muchas maletas tal vez va a ser fastidioso

Las habitaciones están cómodas, tienen un mini refri, lo que es un plus .Las puertas son electrónicas, no tengo que depender de alguien del staff para que me abra la puerta principal si llego o salgo muy noche.

La habitación 9, da directo a la avenida principal, tiene una bonita vista al cerro, pero al mismo tiempo se escucha mucho ruido de la calle y no se puede dormir :(

No hubo desayuno. La facilidad de acceso al hotel, cuartos y estacionamiento.

Hay algo de ruido porque está ubicado sobre una avenida con tráfico.

The host did an excellent job of telling us about restaurants and shops and things to do in the area. He helped us with our bags and brought us water and answered all our questions. The room was clean with lots of storage and bathroom very modern.

Room was a little too dark. It also had a bunch of spiderwebs in the corners along with some spiders. If my daughters were with me I would’ve ask for another room.

They dont clean the room everyday. The bathroom is a but dark. Hot water takes a while, and it is a waste.

Bathroom was too small and poorly lit. The shower stall was very dark even with the bathroom light on. The entrance stairs were narrow and twisting, making it difficult to carry luggage inside. There was a chemical smelling deodorant spray on the sheets. Not enough plug-ins.

Location was great and many restaurants and cafes to choose from. Front desk was friendly and efficient. The Suite felt secure. The price was excellent.

I’m a big guy and I did find the shower a bit restrictive. The bathroom was on the small side for my 193 cm height.

Everything was perfect, and the staff was amazing!

Lovely little hotel right on the main street and convenient to everything. Very secure with multiple codes to get in the parking area below the hotel, main door, the lobby door, and one’s room. (They are sent via WhatsApp before one arrives… or at time of arrival, in my case) The super kind front desk worker was very helpful, bringing me an extra blanket and a pitcher of purified water. The room was super comfy and nicely decorated in green. Since I asked for an inside room off the street, it didn’t have any exterior windows but looked on to a little inside garden.

The bathroom was a bit dark… but that might have been a factor of the dark green walls. No big deal

Lots of small practical details including blackout curtains and fluffy towels. Enjoyed my balcony at night. Good location.

An alarm somewhere down the street went off for extended periods of time in the morning at night.

A nice hotel well located: a couple minutes walk fro ADO bus station and some 5-7 minutes walk to Palacio de Hierro. The area is safe. I had an an interior room and it was very quiet, I didn't hear any noise from te street. I liked friendly and helpful.. staff. My room was nice and clean, TV, AC, wi-fi worked well, I had no problem with water or light.

The only thing to mention is that the bed was not very comfortable for me and sheets looked 'tired' or not washed well though pillow cases looked good. The rest was fine.

Room was claustrophobic and just felt uncomfortable. single garden window did not let much light in. I’ve stayed here multiple times and just did not feel comfortable due to room design.
