beautiful localisation and the view and nice living room

1) owner unfriendly, unhelpful, 2) bedrooms and bathroom in 1 first floor 2,5x3 m very small, without ventilation, high 1.65 cm over the bed - all the time we hit our head in the ceilling 3) no pled for one person, no soap in the bathrooms, no place for the skies,no lights in the lamps 4) when we arrived at 21 in the evening 2 couples with 5 children and when it was the problem with payment, the money was paid but by mistake were sent to other bank department, the owner refused to come and to explain and solve the problem. He expected we will stay with 5 children in frost ! Didn't want to talk face to face but to pay once more the same money! otherwise not to come and to give us the key but stay in front of reception whole night or to find the other place to spend the night! First time in our history of travel the situation like this! The guy not prepared to work with people and to solve some problems which can exist in the branch of tourism with exchanging the people from foreign countries! Booking.com wanted to help us but the guy was completly resistant. Finally we paid once more, fortunately we could but if not ....we had to spend the night in frost in the car... I don't know why he didn't press it before that didn't receive the money - 3 weeks before when we could solve the problem at home and not to spoilt the vacation of us and our friends!
