Upgraded furniture throughout this 1400 sq. ft. condo with two king bedroom suites connected bathrooms for extra privacy, a sleeper couch and two bunk beds which comfortably sleeps 8. Upgraded memory foam on all beds. Enjoy in a movie or your favorite sport on the 3 large flat screens, the living room boasts a mega 65 inch TV. Free beach chairs and umbrella are included with your stay. Assigned parking space so never a hassle to park. Schedule now as we sell out early in season. Spent a glorious week with family members. Very spacious & well-decorated with a cruise-ship view that was amazing! Gorgeous (early) sunsets!
All necessities provided, plenty of bath towels.
Overall, we found Treasure Island very clean.

I love Treasure Island but will not stay in this unit again. I have stayed in many condos there and this one was my least favorite.

First time staying in PCB in a very long time. We loved the location and view from this unit. Beach chairs and umbrella were included with the unit. Pool was fabulous, you could see the gulf from the pool. Having assigned covered parking was a bonus. Pet friendly was very important to me. They have a small relief area but would be great if they would fence that in and have a bench added for pet owners.

Treasure Island is beautiful however this condo is filthy and in very poor condition. We checked in and found the bedding to be extremely stained with bodily fluids and holes. We immediately put them in the washing machine which is not how we wanted to start our vacation. The arm of the couch was laying on the floor and continued to fall off the entire stay. There were only two bar stools and the other two were broken sitting in the master closet. There was someone else’s clothing hanging in the closet, a curling iron plugged into the wall of the bedroom, rusty silverware, egg yolk splattered all over the silverware holder, broken pizza cutter and can opener, master bathroom smelled strongly of urine, soap scum build up in both showers. I have photos of everything! We went to the store, bought cleaning supplies and came back to clean the room. So disappointing especially with the amount of money we spent for the week. I reached out via email and they did bring new comforters and new silverware. I asked for the barstools to be fixed so we all had somewhere to sit. That request was ignored. The cushions on the kitchen chairs along with the patio furniture desperately need cleaned or replaced. The floors were so gross we wore shoes the entire time. I would stay away from this unit until they decide to deep clean the unit and fix many of the conditional items. We’ve stayed at treasure island for years and have never experienced a condo of this filth. We didn’t go on vacation to clean and feel disgusted!

Everything was as described. Great location, beautiful large balcony with amazing views. We loved the location on a very quiet end of the beach about 1.5 miles from St. Andrews State Park and less than 5 minutes to great restaurants.

Love treasure island. Fantastic patio furniture. Condo was clean upon arrival and was able to check in an hour early. The screen to the balcony was torn loose at the bottom and side. There was no fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink. Would tent again.

This unit is in need of some attention. The housekeeping is terrible. The floors were very dirty. The mattress in the smaller bedroom needs to be replaced as it creaks and is uncomfortable. The furnishings were worn and three of the four barstools were broken and stored in a closet, leaving only one barstool operable. Transition between laminate flooring and tile was coming up. We couldn't have the sliding doors open to the balcony because both screen doors were broken and the screens were torn. The owner needs to put some money back into this unit and make it a five star property. One of the only good things about this unit is that the building is very solid and we could not hear noise from any of the neighbors.

Patio furniture broken & piled in corner of Balcony . 1 chair at table for eating outdoors !! NOT4. Outdoor furnishings moldy and disgusting , as were chairs indoors at Dining Table . 3 of 4 Bar Stools broke and stuffed in Mastr Closet. No exhaust fans , 0 for 3 working! No TV in Master , no Cable . Broken / inoperable can opener ! No wine glasses, filthy toaster & coffeepot.
DO NOT stay at this Unit !!!

This was probably one of the dirtiest rooms I've ever stayed in. I had to buy cleaner and mop the floors. Our feet turned black just walking on the floors. There was no hair dryer in the room. The kitchen was incredibly ill-equipped. The one cookie sheet had dried food all over it. Very disappointed with the room - but loved the location.

The location was great. However the unit was not as clean as desired. Gnats were terrible in the kitchen and bathrooms. The balcony furniture was broken and the pillows had mildew all over them. They had to be covered to use. 2 of the table chairs was broken could not use them. Unit was nice and the view was awesome.

It was nothing like the pictures definitely needs a good cleaning and some furniture replacement and the balcony was not as welcoming as the pictures and was very dirty we knots the whole time after we opened the laundry room door They should definitely think about a new cleaning service.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Treasure Island, it was comfortable and quiet. The staff were very nice and we really liked the location in relation to Captain Andersons marina and away fron the busy areas. The condo had everything we needed and great views, i would defifinitely stay here again.

Overall it was a GREAT place to stay!!! Upon arriving, the first thing we noticed & were thrilled about for the week was the parking garage!! It kept getting in & out of the condo quick, safe & easy. Also, kept our car cool! The location at this particular condo was PERFECT. Just minutes from Publix, Dollar General & restaurants! Condo was clean & everything was great...and I’m picky! 😬 We have no complaints about staying here! Getting to the beach was easy as well!

There were spills on the comforter in the second bedroom. We could not sleep under it. Our feet were covered in dirt by walking around the unit. Two stools at bar were broken and the deck furniture needed tossing. The "good" furniture on the deck had mildew on the cushions.

The condo was in a very nice resort with a lovely pool and directly on the beach! That said, we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the floors. We mopped the floor ourselves 3 times and we still all had black feet after walking barefoot. I wore white socks one day and literally threw them away because I knew they would never be white again. Both the outdoor and indoor furniture, pots and pans should be replaced or refreshed. The mattress in the guest room needs to be replaced too. Other than refreshing the place a bit, it was lovely. We had a plumbing issue the last evening that could not be repaired by the maintenance staff without working with the resort in the morning. The person who answered the emergency number was very responsive. I would stay here again.

After reading some of the previous reviews we were pleasantly greeted with a spotlessly clean condo! They must have changed their cleaning company! Everything was comfortable, including all the mattresses which all had a thick memory foam topper on them. The kids loved the closet bunk room. The kitchen was very well stocked as far as pots and pans and small appliances go! The balcony was amazing! Spent a lot of time out there. They were doing a beach reconditioning project during the dates of our stay which was unfortunate timing but we loved watching the trucks working, and the walk to the public access was not far. Elevator wait time was extremely short. We had an amazing week and would stay again!
