Passable

Comfortable bed. Transfer from port good.

Photos very misleading as to quality and style. Bathroom door didn't close. Cracked tiles in bathroom. Bedside lamps didn't work. Curtains had to be closed for privacy from street. loose plug socket beside bed, loo seat cheap and badly fitted. Needs a bit of tlc. Area not great.

Clean and nice place to stay with easy access to all major attractions

The stay was just as shown in pictures, this place is also accessible to all major attractions of Milos. The host was very helpful in suggesting places to visit. Overall very satisfied.

Good

The room is spacious, and has a large balcony. The main room looks fresh and was clean. The location is convenient as it allows to be close to the port as well as Plaka, and easily get to other parts of the islands. Public parkings are located nearby.

The bathroom was the negative even though the rest was good. The shower drain (or perhaps the main pipe) seemed clogged so it was a very slow drain, and the floor needs a deep cleaning.

Superb

It was a really good stay! Really good contact and help. Taxi driver picked me up from the port and then the host waited for me with the keys and to show me my room. Highly recommend! :)

This was by far the worst stay in the 14 days trip. Worst host and equally worst hospitality.

Nothing as such. This was our worst stay in Greece

Had there been any option to rate below 1, it would have been more appropriate. Worst hospitality and behavior. The host never replied to our issues. The toilet door was broken, the commode seat was mis aligned. The host arranged to a transfer from port, but he charged much more than market price. Even he asked for extra 5 Euro when we wanted to stop at a shop to pick up drinking water. The toilet door was broken and was not closing properly. The commode seat was misaligned. The bedside lamps were not working. Cabinet door was broken. When we complained and asked for a solution, he said this is the best that he can offer we can leave the property if we want. Even on the checkout day, he put off the geyser in the morning. His behavior is rude and is not at all guest friendly.

Lovely view!

The property has an amazing view. Also a lovely private balcony, ideal for eating outdoors. Food shop and bakery nearby. We liked the enormous double bed and the decor.

There was very little cutlery, hardly any plates, and no saucepan! Apart from a few hangers, there wasn’t a lot of storage space for clothes.

Great studio!

Loved the room, it had lots of character. Very usefull small kitchen and nice terrace to sit outside. The location was also good, very close the a local busstop. The owner was also very easy to reach via whatsapp.

Fantastic stay and value for money! Totally recommend!

The studio was very clean and had all the essential amenities for a summer holiday. The host, Dimitris was very helpful from the first day. He was available anytime we needed him and made us feel very welcome!

At the beginning we were a bit worried about the location as it’s not very close to one particular beach and the property is located in a non touristic area, one of the main villages of Milos. Eventually it proved to be very convenient as it’s only 2’ to town of Plaka by car and 8’ from the Port where most people head at night. You can’t walk to any beach but if you have a car or motorbike the location proves to be quite helpful as it’s close to most of the touristic and beautiful places of Milos.

Exceptional

Perfect location and everything! The only disadvantage is that it's not that near the sea. But perfect for everyone who wants to discover the island and see local life! Also beautiful Plaka right there, with the most beautiful sunrise and sunset!

lack of hot water killed the positive review for this stay

the bed was comfortable and the AC worked well

We never had hot water in the morning for showers, the toilet seat was broken when we arrived, I reported on day 1 of a 5 day stay, it was never fixed. Only 1 pillow per person. Wifi was slow. Also, there was no daily housekeeping (even just to empty the trash) and since you aren't supposed to flush toilet paper, this is a bit of a problem.

The studio is amazing! Super cozy, great location, and perfect for a holiday in Milos. The host was amazing, I have no words for the hospitality. They do everything to make you comfortable and happy. I can't wait to come back!!
