We love Punta Mita! This is our second time in this wonderful condo! It’s very spacious, very clean, and has an incredible view. The cleaning lady (called Veronica) is also an amazing chef. We had a delicious breakfast each day and she’s a wonderful person. Highly recommend this condo!!

We had a beautiful unit with incredible views! I don't have a single complaint about the place. Concierge arranged transport to/from the airport, in-unit massages for the whole family to kick off our vacation and grocery delivery. It was so nice to have Gracia preparing breakfast and lunch daily, loved dining at nearby Mina restaurant and the ease of having the concierge help us plan our excursions. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

It was a wonderful trip as usual. This is one of our families' favorite destinations. The condo was everything we expected. Gracia was amazing and prepared a beautiful breakfast each morning for us. Her housekeeping was impeccable down to the last detail. Carlo was great with all the reservations and excursion booking for us. We cannot wait to return!

A lovely family trip. We loved the view, being so close to the ocean, town, parking garage. Having the golf cart for 6 was perfect and useful for beach clubs. The unit is beautiful. Having a cook for breakfast and lunch is amazing (9:30 ish breakfast and 1:30ish lunch). We loved the beach clubs. El surf had great boogie boarding and surfing waves. They have a minimum food purchase at that club, which we didn’t realize until getting there. we rented surf boards for the week from a place in town and also took a snorkeling boat trip for our family from the place, which was cheaper than scheduling individual excursions. We tried to Uber to sayulita but, I wouldn’t recommend because it is difficult to find uber drivers available and only for 4 people. We took the bus from the Oxxo, which gave us a different experience. We could have hired drivers through the concierge, which would have been nice and easy but we wanted to save $. Our favorite restaurant for the true Mexican food was Marys in Sayulita. Our favorite restaurant in Punta Mita village was La Pescadora. We dined at the Asai restaurant At Kupuri and it is beautiful. Our daughter got sick the last night from something we assume she ate at La Rustica but none of the rest of us did so we aren’t sure what caused it, maybe the meatballs. We ate there twice because we liked the options and the beach location. Two nights we brought home quesadillas/tacos from a tiny restaurant across from Punta Mita Surf Lodge.

This was my second time to Hacienda de Mita and the property did not disappoint. This unit was beautiful, very clean and had an amazing bay view. Communication leading up to the stay was a little challenging due to the language barrier and some details were missed, however, Luis was our on-site concierge contact and was very attentive and responsive to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home.

We booked this property last minute for a Christmas getaway. Jesus and Gladys were phenomenal as our concierge and cook/housekeeper. The condo was always clean and very comfortable for our group of seven. We loved the location next to the gates into town and took advantage of the beach clubs, golfing and tennis each day. The pools on the property were super clean and never busy, very relaxing! We will definitely be back! Thank you for the great stay!

We enjoyed a fantastic week in PH7-1. The views are spectacular, Gladys made us delicious breakfasts, and the entire place is spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Can't wait to return!

Gladys was unbelievable with the food every morning. Check-in was quick and painless and allowed us to get right into the vacation. Great attention to detail. I would highly recommend this unit in the future.

The location, view and condo in Hacienda de Mita is fantastic! We have stayed ocean front in the past and prefer this unit. The view is very very nice and is a great spot for watching the ocean, golf course and summer storms!
The furnishings and fixtures are in great shape and are comfortable. The bathrooms are very nice. However, the shower heads in the master and second master were simply terrible and need to be replaced.
The kitchen is large and well supplied with the staples you need if you are cooking on your own. We appreciated not having to purchase olive oil salt n pepper etc. But the pans and cooking utensils are in need of replacement.
All in all, we would return to the same unit and very much enjoyed our time. Gladis was an excellent cook providing some of the best chicken enchiladas. However, if you are used to transportation to and from the airport and the St Regis, book your own transportation as the vans supplied directly by the concierge were old and in poor condition. Not the entry and exit you want on your trip with your family when you are used to newer luxury SUVs that are used for other units in Punta.

This is our second time staying in Hacienda de Mita, 6th time in Punta Mita, and this did not disappoint. This unit was perfect for our family- great location in the complex, top floor, close to the gates to get to town, 6 seater golf cart included, beautiful view, comfy beds, excellent management service and extremely wonderful housekeeping/cooking from Gladis.
We have stayed at resorts and Hacienda de Mita, and particularly when traveling with the family, Hacienda is a great fit. Ample space, breakfast ready for us in the morning and lunch waiting for us after the beach when we came back to let the kids nap. It was also ideal to have a washer/dryer and laundry was kindly done multiple times during our stay. The beach club access is also great and nice to be able to change it up each day. Overall, great stay and unit.

We expected the condo to be nice, but it exceeded our expectations. Beautiful place, great location, incredible views, and the concierge as well as the cook/housekeeper were exceptional. We would highly recommend this place, and would like to come back again.

This is an exceptional condo with great views of the ocean. It also offers easy walking access to town where we enjoyed some our favorite local restaurants. We utilized the included golf cart to relax at the beach clubs, where access is provided with the stay. Service was exceptional from booking to checkout. Cynthia, the concierge, ensured that all requests were taken care of. Gladys, the cook/housekeeper, took care of daily cleaning and also provided our breakfasts & lunches. We have no complaints & would definitely return to stay here in the future.

Everything was as described or much better. Breakfast and lunch prepared by Gladis everyday gave us more time to explore the resort. Every beach was different and can’t wait to return.

This was our family’s fifth return and it did not disappoint. From the moment of being picked at the airport, to arriving to the property with the fridge filled with our groceries, we immediately relax into vacation mode with the exceptional concierge service and wonderful cooking from Gladys. The local restaurants and food at the clubs are also fantastic. Fun excursions snorkeling at the Marietas and Zip Lining at Vista Paraiso are amazing additions to a truly relaxing and fun filled vacation. We can’t wait to return!

This is an amazing condo. We loved it and we could have sat on the balcony all day. The beach clubs are great . We loved the golf cart and bikes that came with the condo. Chefs were great too !! And our concierge did an excellent job The email communication prior to leaving could have been better but if we called they were extremely helpful and answered my questions. Would definitely come back !!!

We had an amazing stay in punta Mita. Mita rentals was very easy to work with. The on-site staff were fabulous- Gladys and Cynthia made our trip so relaxing and fun. The condo was perfect, the view was stunning. Really one of our best vacations, we would definitely come back!

We loved this property. Immaculate with gorgeous views. Gladys was awesome and breakfasts were to die for. Loved being in a golf cart community. Visited several beach clubs favorite restaurant in town was cafe Theresa. Went there 3 out of 7 nights!

You can't pick a better unit to stay in at Hacienda De Mita. Close to the gate to into town and close to great surf. Beds were comfortable and condo had great furniture.

We are blessed to be able to travel at a higher price point, but Hacienda de Mita came highly recommended by friends. The condo, gated community, and town didn't disappoint. Communication and organization was on point. We always had follow up to our questions/concerns by the concierge (Jesus) within 15 minutes. The cook/maid (Rosa) was so sweet, her food was wonderful, her cleaning was impeccable, and she even did our laundry.
When comparing this property/area to others the value you are getting for you money is truly exceptional. As a comparison, this condo under mgmt of a resort like The Four Seasons would go for 3 to 4x the rent.
The town outside the gates is very safe. Locals said you can party till 4am without issue (we didn't try). We did try multiple restaurants and all were very pleasant experiences - Mina and Le Pescadora (same owner) have the best service and ambiance.. The staff at the various private beaches inside the gates were all excellent and service was prompt (for Mexican minutes).
The only drawbacks to the area were: 1) Pacific water/beaches aren't as nice as the Caribbean; and 2) the town of Punta de Mita has little to no shopping - go to Sayulita.
We wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again. Unfortunately, it appears to be blocked for all of 2022. If you would like to open up the property and let us return, please let us know!
