C’est très propre et suffisant.C’est vétuste mais c’est normal car les nuits sont peu chère pour HCM. C’est un établissement tenu par un couple d’un certains âge qui sont très gentils. Nous sommes à 10 minutes en scooter du centre-ville.

Si vous voulez un scooter, vous devez en louer un dans le centre-ville car il n’y en a pas à proximité de l’hôtel.

The area was pretty quiet which was nice, a lot of shops nearby and it's mostly local stuff. The hotel was fairly clean, but did have a lot of ants in the room, after asking reception I got some RAID to spray them with which helped. The hotel had helpful staff and was a decent price.

The location was a bit out of the way from both D1 and D7, this was my first stay in HCMC and it was difficult to guess where it was really. Grab is a great solution if you take the bikes, it was pretty cheap and quick into D1. The ants in the room wasn't great, the room was also a bit worn. It seemed the door had been broken open before, and there was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom.

Pour le prix et le 1 étoile seulement, j’ai été très agréablement surpris par les équipements de l’hôtel ! Je m’attendais déjà à monter les 4 étages à pied mais non, il y a un ascenseur. La wifi n’est plus un problème contrairement à ce que j’ai lu dans certains commentaires car maintenant il y a une box par étage ! L’emplacement est réellement le point fort de cet établissement, pas un seul autre touriste croisé dans le district lors de mon séjour mais on reste quand même à 10min du centre, en grab, le trajet coûte moins d’un 1€. Quartier très typique où l’on observe de vrai scène de vie et où l’on trouve tout ! Laundry, restaurant, bar… Très sympa et marrant de ne communiquer avec la responsable que par traducteur, celle-ci ne parlant que peu anglais, comme les autres personnes travaillant dans le quartier.

Les rideaux, bien que opaques, ont tendances à laisser passer un peu le soleil le matin.

Have stayed here before and like going back. Nice balcony views of the city. Pretty quiet most of the time. Cafes/shops/food, etc. Nice area to have an evening walk. About 10 minutes m/bike to the centre.

Very nice personnel who agreed to look after our things while we were gone for a few days

The room smelled like cigarette smoke so we asked to change but the new one was just the same (even though we had booked non-smoking room)

The big balcony, silent and calm location, not in a center but close enough, helpful staff, clean room, air conditioning, good lights in a room, big room

The hotel was great, sadly it was cash only but we manage to figure it out. Great staff ! You get what you pay for but it was good stay for the price to be honest :) Unlike many other hotels, this one was nice and quite. I really liked it,

Although i got a room that reeked like cigarettes, but i was moved to another room that didnt smell (in less than 20 minutes), i guess someone next room might have been smoking.
