Absolutely loved it!

What an amazing place surrounded by Sri Lankan nature. This was such a lovely, relaxing and peaceful getaway. I can’t wait to come back! 😍😍😍

hat uns sehr gut gefallen und würden wieder kommen !

sehr angenehme und ruhige Lage, sehr nah am sehr hübschen Strand. Der Host war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und auch das essen war super.

es ist schon recht warm in den Zimmern, es gibt keine Klimaanlage aber einen Ventilator.

Stunning Tree House in Natures Paradies

amazing tree house in the middle of the nature - we really really enjoyed our days in that little paradise. the terrace was absolutely stunning, especially in the morning hours you wake up with birds, monkeys and golden sun! of course there are insects, but it’s not a problem at all (I saw not a single spider and mosquitoes we’re pretty chilled). highly highly recommend. just one thing is good to know: there are no little shops in the surroundings (next kiosk 10 mins away) for water… and the restaurant options are quite limited — but for us it was no problem.

The surroundings, away from the most touristy area next to a magnificent beach and very economical price for a private room.

When it comes to paying, it is a bit awkward when you are voluntarily asked for a tip for the service.

Wonderful place for an amazing price! It's like a little Jungle with different types of housing, we had or have (still here while writing this) the little Cabana but could take a peak in the other places as well. Theres a treehouse, a little house with nice place to sit in front well protected from the sun and one elevated house where you can watch the sun rise (she's looking at me right now). All places are nicely done, clean and cozy. If you like it nice, quiet and for yourself, this is the place. You only hear the sounds of nature, the waves of the ocean, peacock's and other birds and animals, it's just lovely. Nice and helpful staff that is there when you need them, but other than that we enjoyed total privacy and peace. There are bathrooms inside of course but also an outside shower. There is no Wifi but hey, that's not everything and the place itself gives best connection to nature. I will definitely come back here, before I have to leave first though ;) And we decided to spend our last days of Lanka here only.

beautiful place but a bit scaring at night

the tree house is very cool and beautiful during the day

I think I was all alone in the structure and during the night it was scaring because of all the animals noises, under the house and on the roof. It would be perfect for a couple but I wouldn’t do it again alone.

Lovely eco like place with lots of wild life and very close to the beach. Kind and helpful owners and comfortable good room.

Little far from the town but lots of nice restaurants and beaches nearby. Also out of the way so quiet and peaceful. Lots of mosquitoes but owners gave us repellent and citron candles.

amazing jungle vibe, beautiful room. everything you need if you like staying in nature. the room is big and beautiful designed. the balcony is spacious with amazing jungle view. you get jungle and sea breeze at once.

Legit treehouse

It’s a legit tree house in mangroves. Slept quite well.

WiFi didn’t work, evidently a previous traveler changed the password, but owner tried to fix and eventually discounted the room upon checkout.

Feeling like a true monkey

We stayed two nights in the treecabana. We really enjoyed our stay here. It's not on the busy road but still close to everything. When you sit on the terrace you have an amazing jungleview and you can hear the sea. The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious. You have a lot of privacy. Serenity is key, the only thing dangerous in this jungle is the 1 step that is a little bit higher then' the rest when you climb up your private dreamworld :)

The uncle of the host (the one that was there for us) was verry sweet, he doesn't speek english but you could see that we wanyed us to be confortable. The cabana is in the nature.

It said it had wifi but it didn't, we had to go to pumpkin cabana to finish the planning of our vaccations. It feels like the owner doesn't care about us, it is not so clean, there is no door to separate the bedroom from the bathroom and the cabana is open betwin the ceiling and the walls so all types of life will come in.

peace and quiet among the mangroves

Unique experience surrounded by lush mangroves. Really enjoyed the sound of nature with no human disturbance. Great escape.

Covid is posing challenges for everyone, (no water / wifi) but in usual times, I'm sure everything is perfect.

Great off grid experience

Loved the mangrove swamps and the wild life surrounding it. A bug spray might come in handy. The owner and the his uncle goes out of their way to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Loved it. Will definitely be back 💓🌸

Best Host ever , Nice Place ! :)

The host took care of us very lovingly, shared things with us. the rooms were clean and we were even allowed to relax in the tree house even though we rented another apartment. I can definitely recommend it! price-performance particularly good.
