Pictures don’t do justice, really nice apartment with plenty of space

a little chilli but plenty of throws and blankets to keep you warm other then that it’s a perfect place

Apartment was clean and well-maintained. The host was warm and friendly

The apartment was in 5th floor with no lift. We had no idea about this until we completed the booking. It looked like the lift had not been working for several weeks together. It would have been reasonable if the host had mentioned this in the listing. It was very hard for the family with small kids to climb 10 fleets of stairs (2 fleets per floor) after a long journey.

Location was excellent ,rooms were clean and spacious and the host was helpful and easy to contact

the lift of apt doesn't work, and it has been like this for 3-4 months (according to local neighbours); it's a big issue for a stay of 10 days since the apt is above 4th fl, as you can imagine. The apt needs quite a bit of maintenance, all the doors don't work (except the entrance door); the internet is awfully slow

The lift was out of order and we didn't know about this until we arrived. The apartment was on the top floor which was 90 steps so lucky we are fit. It was baking hot and the windows were either closed or fully open, there was no way to just have them on vent. When they were fully open they weren't safe for children. It could also do with having better blinds. The stairwell was smelly and the apartment was quite noisy from the road below.

Probably the only (or two) good things about this whole stay was - the rooms were big enough and the welcome hosts (Emma and Paul) were just marvelous.

This is the filthiest apartment I've ever lived. From blocked kitchen sinks to blocked tubs, cobwebs in every window and corners of the apartment, dead spiders and flies and other insects in almost every window joints; layers of dusts, hairs, pieces of glass, stapler pins underneath the sofa, stinking/dirty air cooler - I'll NEVER EVER STAY AGAIN. On top, this was on 5th floor and we weren't informed about the non-functioning of the elevators until the day of our check-in. Emma and Paul helped us to carry our 3 big bags via stairs. The owners chose to wash their hands with no alternatives. I'd booked this apartment two wks prior to our stay and I didn't get one email informing about the elevator issue. Terrible and unacceptable especially if you're traveling heavy on luggage with a 2yo!! The Wifi was the slowest I remember. Even a dial-up modem seems to be faster than this one. We couldn't watch one complete youtube video without having to wait 5mins for it to buffer! We'd planned so much but all went in vain!!

Very spacious apartment, lots of seating areas for comfort, kitchen area had enough items to accommodate for 4 people. Very comfortable beds. Considering how many apartments there are in the block including young families it was a very quiet and respectful place to stay. Free parking. 5 minutes walk to the town centre. Great communication with hosts.

Sadly during our stay the lift wasn't working but I had been advised of this in a timely manner by our hosts, it was however slightly challenging physically to get to the fifth floor each time (90 steps) but could not be helped by hosts due to management not progressing quickly enough.

Nothing, it was perfect

The apartment was lovely and clean. Very spacious. Great location was able to walk to work. Kitchen was well equipped very clean.

The only thing was there was no mirror in the bedroom to do our make up. The lighting was a bit dull.

Property it self was lovely and at first the host was really nice but the flat had a camera at the door and the host text me saying he spotted I had friends over who literally just popped in to say hello. Kinda felt like big brother was watching. I felt very uncomfortable and actually left not long after he text me. He said no cameras were inside the flat but I felt very uneasy wouldn’t stay here ever again. I was only here a couple hours before the host made me feel very watched and uncomfortable, I did voice this view to him but he ultimately didn’t care.

The camera, I felt very uneasy and watched. If I was the host and someone voice this view and wanted to leave I would have refunds them out of common courtesy.

Excellent communication with the host and met by the lovely Marcus on arrival who showed us around this lovely apartment. Couldn’t fault the facilities and excellent location for Designer Village as well as bus and train services.

Bathroom needs updating or a redesign.

Everything was great and because everything was so fantastic the bathroom didn't even bother me. The beds were comfortable, the living/kitchen/dining area was stunning. The hosts were great and friendly, so what more could anyone ask for?!!
