Cozy apartment with balcony and near amenities. Private parking. Strong WiFi. Good water pressure. Cold air con if required. Washer.

Clean and cozy house. Not very far from city center and got lots of supermarket around. Take good care of guests. Everything is good, we love this apartment.
Dishes and bowls for having meals should be more privided. They are not enough for 5 guests.

The apartment was perfect for us (a family of 5), it was clean, comfortable & spacious enough. The location was spot on as well, just far enough from the hustle & bustle of the city, and only a 15minute train ride if we wanted to go into the city.
Everything was wonderful. There was nothing to dislike about our stay.

many things - it was a new apartment in very good condition. the mattresses are quite soft so not ideal for back pain but the apartment is amazing and very well located.

The apartment was bright, clean, tidy and cosy. It felt very homely. I liked that the owner met me with the keys and showed me around on arrival. It was even nicer than the photos online, and very reasonably priced. A very secure complex. Close to public transport.
coffee shop not nearby - had to walk a couple of blocks to buy take away coffee (however, there is a coffee machine in the apartment).
the beds didn't have top sheets.
trams were a bit noisy so I had to keep the balcony door closed most of the time.

Excellent location, close to trains, trams, restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and well presented. Richard was an excellent host.

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable, well appointed, big windows with natural light. Gated underground parking.
The master bedroom fronts a fairly busy street with a tram; if you require a very quiet bedroom this may not be for you.

Was met by the owner at the agreed time and given a tour of the property. Very friendly and welcoming host. Great location with free secured parking. Lovely clean unit with everything you need. Short drive into the city and the right side of the city to head out to the Yarra Valley. Would definitely book again.
