Try jansi residency not jansi deluxe

It was closer to bar .. its so noisy at night.. no hot water throughout the day.. I wanted to refresh in the evening.. but no hot water..

The Reception staff very unpolite and rude, he behaved like a boss to us ... Wi-Fi not connected..They treatted as second rated citizen, those who booked under booking.com and other sites..last trip we were staying in the same hotel, and was good in all respects and I gave excellent rating ..but this time not good ...

okay place to stay for a single night

location was good around the market lively and easy access for any kind of emergencies

Poor wifi. No hot water for 24hrs but in the given hrs hot water was not available. Staff was okay. Room was okay it was supposed to be more clean.

Totally waste of my staying

The room not clean and bath room was pathetic … no refresh and breakfast utter waste. Just idly and uppuma RS. 200/- it totally wast of money.. I spending 2600 for 1 night stay with waiting at lobby..

There is nothing Deluxe in this hotel!

I havent liked anything, was a bad exprerience.

First of all, you don't feel welcome in this hotel, the lady at the reception is very grumpy and she doesnt even smile or look at you. Then we got a room where the bed sheets were so old that they were grey rather than white. Phone wasn't working, we had no hot water in the evening, bathroom had a very bad smell and we had the noise of some other AC all night. Last thing when we got a problem at the check-in because she made us paid the full amount when I had already paid an advance she just told me call the customer care and showed a little board. We had no wifi also. So dont stay there, wont be a good memory.

it was a disappointed stay

the location was the only good thing i liked as it was in city

it was worst experience i stayed for four days and it happened to change three rooms as the room facilities were not working. The night staffs were not upto mark. breakfast nothing other than idly dosa no varieties and the dining was not clean. the fab brand name was really spoilt

Very bad property. Says 3 star but no star.

Almost nothing.

Wifi not working. Worst breakfast with practically nothing to eat. Water leak into the floor in the room. Very noisy liquor shop and bar close to the boundary of the hotel. Noise disturbances even after midnight. Will never stay there.

Staff was quite rude and the room was not very clean. I was allocated some old room, that doesn't have proper utilities upto the mark. Overall a very disappointing experience.

I didn't want to stay there... Attitude counts!

We travel long distances to attend some function. We always cannot carry our luggage and the checkout time is 11am. A request was placed to keep our luggage in the cloak room, for which the front desk lady denied. So we cancelled the booking. There is something else beyond business... Humanity & courtesy... They lack it Very sorry to mention

Totally disappointed not stayed at all. Please do not suggest this for family. Booking. Com name will be spoiled. It's totally item lodge sorry to say but room was so bad. Person in reception very bad locality no words to explain it's near to task mark. They are asking all family members aadhar and asking to stand for foto as couple as they are sending those to local police station imagine how our situation was, we are the parent for to girl child went for marriage@Coimbatore very bad experience.i request booking. Com not to recommend this place for other families, like as they should not feel what we felt
