It was stylish and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great.

In the shower was hair from someone else. Parking and breakfast ist expensive. Parking should be free for customers in my opinion. Specially when breakfast is costly.

Very very bad acoustic!!!! difficult sleep with people walking out side the rooms and also noises from next rooms. it was incredible that such a nice hotel bran new or refurbished had such a huge problem with the acoustic inside.

Good location, bug garage, nice rooms and very good breakfasts. Also the staff was very nice - they event lend me an electric kettle so I could drink a tee in a nighttime. I truly recommend Leonardo Ulm.

Fitness point could be better quipped. What's the point of 3 elliptical trainer / treadmills ? Whereas there are no any even small equipment to exercise like kettlebells or dumbbells. Also a little bit annoying was using lifts.... since there was always long waiting for a lift I used stairways. I was able to go from my floor to the garage -1 but not to 0 reception where doors were closed from inside

A/C during the hottest day of summer was a great bonus.

- fresh fruits and water by the elevators - cozy lounge area - friendly reception - super clean parking garage

- no counter space in bathroom - toilet paper dispenser kept falling down - amount of coffee cups did not match number of occupants eg 2 cups but 3 beds - we put one set of bath and hand towel on the floor expecting them to be replaced. But they were not. - omelette station was closed way too early during breakfast hours. We were next in line to be served and she told us that it is too busy to continue making omelette - fresh orange juice squeezing station was also closed well before end of breakfast
