Beautiful property, spotless

Beautiful property, spotlessly clean.

No faults with this property at all, perhaps if wanted to pick a small fault there was no WiFi code to access WiFi but we never enquired about this to allow host to resolve it

Lovely stay with the family

Location and view was really good. We were able to walk and leave the car. There is a hill so if you do struggle walking then probably not ideal if you need to walk up the hill. Views, pools, space and facilities were all excellent. The top external balcony could do with additional seating, or loungers and a private bbq would have been really good. The parking was fine. We had an 8 seater and fit it in no problem. Nice lagoon on the front as well.

Love Airlie Beach

The views were exceptional, breathtaking. Great location close to everything. Enough room for the whole family. Lovely staff.

The killer Hill it’s located on, but the views are worth it. The property needs a good clean, it’s very dusty and bathrooms had a lot of scale build up. Shower drains were blocked with hair. We also found items that didn’t belong to us just under 2 of the beds, which would suggest better cleaning is needed.

A lovely resort, a few minor issues. I would definitely stay there again.

View from the apartment was superb. Kitchen facilities and equipment were excellent. The lock-up garage provided with the apartment was a welcome bonus. Apartment access was via an electronic keypad so no need to carry apartment keys - just remember your apartment access pincode. A special mention to the outstanding, hard-working on-site Resort Manager, Kas, who is delightful and very professional!

This is a lovely apartment but there were some issues that are worth noting by the apartment owner and by potential guests: linen was provided but only ONE large bath towel was provided for the entire week of the booking. The bottom sheet on the main bed was the wrong size - it was too short and did not entirely cover the mattress. Peace and quiet can be hit and miss in holiday apartments but at this site there was regular noise from surrounding apartments, a number of which are privately rented. The tenants in the apartment below held two very loud parties during my stay - day and night music and loud talking was heard and often cigarette smoke from the outside balconies. I met other holiday rental guests who commented on this noise problem. The cleanliness of the apartment needs attention: the floors were quite dirty and appeared not to have been properly cleaned for some time. (When I walked around the apartment in bare feet on arrival I was surprised to see that the soles of my feet had become extremely dirty). A minor annoyance was an infestation of tiny, fast-moving ant-like insects on kitchen benches and also on the lounge suite where I was bitten on a number of occasions. Throughout my stay I was finding long black hairs around the apartment (from previous occupants). Also, the pillows in the main bedroom had a strong, unpleasant body odor (need cleaning/replacing). There were two small pools on-site for use by quests throughout the complex but one pool was unusable and closed (appeared to have been closed for some time) so only one small pool for use by all on site. I could not locate any welcome/instruction information in the apartment - there was only a set of garage and roof access keys - on arrival, some written information about the apartment and on-site amenities would have been very useful.

Fabulous pre-Christmas getaway with our family of 5. Lots of room. Very quiet.

Excellent location and good exercise going up the hill. However the beautiful pool was there waiting for us each time. Magnificent view and beautiful breeze

Great location, view and infinity pool! Keep in mind the steep hill the apartment is located on.

Location, view, infinity pool and aircon were amazing!

Only downside of the apartment was the large and steep hill it was located on. Definitely keep this in mind if you are not hiring a car, as I think if you were elderly and/or unfit you would struggle with the steep hill.

Needs better wifi, reception is poor at the location so needed wifi that could stream. Also wifi password we were given was incorrect.

Location + Value for money + Walk to Everything

Very good location, excellent see view location... Just walking distance to everything... Apartment have almost everything you will need for you stay. Family friendly accommodation. Makesure you wake up early to see magnificent sunrise behind the island.

Great views

The view was amazing, apartment was clean and also had some everyday items in the cupboard like glad wrap, salt, pepper etc.

The view was fantastic, but to get the view you need to be uphill, as this one was, which means a pretty steep walk uphill if you walk into the main street of Airlie. A few flights of stairs to get in too, but worth it for the view. Carparking for 1 car is provided, however it's a bit hard to navigate in and out of if you have a larger car (we had a Kluger).

Rental agents had no clue where the garage was. First told the key was in the unit, then told the garage was to the left

The view is the best part but the unit itself was comfortable for 5 adults.

A nice location and very clean and tidy.

Full payment was required 30 days prior to stay. Non refundable also. However, there were extra conditions revealed after I had paid in full. This felt unprofessional. Communication was quite poor with the managing agent prior to arrival. It was all sorted out eventually once I arrived. The staff were quick to provide a remedy. Greatly appreciated.
