Very good

The location is in town, easy to find. The staff are friendly and nice. The room are clean and comfortable. We have dinner at hotel restaurant, the food is ok and staff are nice.

hotel wifi is not good and the bed are a bit soft for me and also need more pillow.

Very comfortable. I'll return again.

Breakfast was ok although some cereal would have been nice (I might have missed it though lol) Room was comfy and the staff were lovely.....although you come to expect that in Thailand. I had dinner in the restaurant with live music (it was very quiet so I was able to sing)

The room are confortable, the staff is nice and it's well located. As a solo traveler I enjoyed this hotel to relax a bit. (even got a huge room for myself)

Great hotel. Good Value

Very helpful friendly staff. Comfortable room. Hot shower. Breakfast had a good varied selection. Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance while we were there .... which was a shame as we had a day between travel to relax. We have stayed here before and know that the pool and surrounding area is excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again.

Excellent and clean hotel.

Really really nice hotel and the staff was excellent. Great beds, great pillows, pool area great and also the restaurant and it’s staff.

Nothing, everything good. However we where only passing by and did not see the surroundings (on our way to koh chang).

Good Find in Chonburi

Very nice breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Very good fitness room. All in all, good value for the money.

Occasionally parking was tight.

rooms were very basic, corridors always smelt like someone had been smoking just outside. air conditioning unit in room leaked.

Some difficult experiences were happened but it was very nice to meet with nice staff.

The hotel staff was very nice. The restaurant service was good. The live band (singer and musician) was so friendly. Swimming pool was great. All staff were helpful. The car park was available. About 100 meters from the hotel, there were famous restaurants recommended by local people.

Bed sheet should be changed every times of the guest checkout. Covid-19 measure should be more strict in some areas i.e. elevator (all guest should wear the mask). When I made the check out the staff charged me for additional food service. However, I insisted that I didn't eat that kind of food and showed them the receipt what i ate. Finally, it was the mistake about room number. It was quite disappointed, if someone order food and mention the other guest's room number. That situation delayed my schedule for the next appointment.
