A equipe é simpática e muito atenciosa. Boa variedade no café da manhã e nas atividades do hotel. Boa iluminação no quarto também. Chuveiro ótimo.
Hotel diz que tem piscina mas não nos informaram que ela estaria em reforma! Tivemos o transtorno de ter que utilizar a piscina do Hotel ao lado. Cama dura, travesseiro muito ruim e pouca opção de cobertor. A cortina do quarto pesada e com cheiro estranho.

Whilst we couldn't use the hotel pool, the receptionist arranged for us to use the one next door.
The play area was great for our 6 year old
The aircon in our room didn't work and it took a long time to sort it out. My husband was hanging around in the room for an hour waiting for it to be resolved. There was building work at the hotel so the pool area was out of bounds.

The hotel was super clean. Even with external work going on. There was no mess. I am not familiar with air conditioning but we managed to have a comfortable sleep. If only British hotels had a/c . It was
a welcome rest after a long journey.
It was noisy waiting in the reception area. However, that is to be expected. As building work was going on.

Breakfast was good but lacking veg options.
One of the receptionist gave us wrong information about checkout times. When we were checking out, the manager insisted she needed to charge us more. In the end, the manager decided to charge this extra rate to the receptionist who gave us wrong information. We completely disagreed with that decision and in the end we paid this extra charge ourselves just so this rich hotel wouldn't charge the minimum wage receptionist after his minor mistake.
