When we got home, my wife said she missed the hotel!

The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. This hotel is very good value.

The location is on a shabby street but one you're inside you're transformed. We stayed Easter night and were kept up by very loud music in the immediate neighbourhood till early morning.

Superb

Rooms were large compared to other hotels. Best breakfast I had in Uganda including cheese and butter. Great location. 200m north is a good bar area. 200 m south on the main road one can buy baguette.

Great stay in Jinja!

The room size was great, cleanliness were magnificent. Located in a central location. Breakfast was great!

Nice hotel with all facilities and amazing staff

the staff was very friendly and welcomed us with an open heart. good communication and everything we asked for was made possible

in the nights it can get noisy because of Ugandan party culture with loud music. but this will be everywhere in the city…

Good service considering the fair price

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed was good. Good laundry service. Really nice in room dining. I would return here.

The shower was a bit meager so to speak. Breakfast is very basic.

the location was good and the staff was nice. there were hot water and overall it is a good stay for one night.

the breakfast was not that great, the mosquito net was full of holes and mosquitoes entered. the room is quite small

The hotel staff were very accomodating and the restaurant served some excellent fresh fish.

Great place to situate yourself in Jinja

Good location, with comfy rooms. Showers had decent water pressure and heat. Very nice cafe in the lobby and the staff was very helpful.

Shower head was too low to use without holding.

We liked the place.

My wife and I had a lovely stay. The place is in town but in a quiet place, clean and we loved the breakfast. We were honestly surprised that we were able to get all that service at such a low price. I do not think i will sleep in any other place unless they deteriorate in their service. Keep up the good service guys!!

Good value. I would stay again.

The barista, Derrick, brewed a great many drinks perfectly. The facility was good but coffee bar was world class. Also, the spa was a keeper.

The rooms need a makeover but we’re adequate.

Nice hotel to explore Jinja

We enjoyed our stay in Al-Nisaa Hotel and Spa. The location of the hotel is perfect to explore Jinja, while at the same time in a quiet location in town. The room was comfortable and had a good shower. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back here next time we are in Jinja.

When we arrived, it seemed that the reservation was not clear. In the end we got a room, but not the room upgrade that was promised in Booking.com while making the booking. The room was sufficient for our stay though.
