Apartment at a very high level, close to the sea, a wine-growing place, very friendly staff, carefree parking, overall perfect impression.

Its really worth visit becouse of client service. Quick, responsive, with charm - all our needs were fullfilled without negotiations. Perfect!

A great apartment in a beautiful spot. Having not been to Opatija before and knowing very little about it, we wondered whether we would regret being a little way out of the town. It turned out to be the best thing - Opatija itself has unfortunately been spoiled by big hotels and has lost some of the charm it had in its heyday. However, the section of coastline between Opatija and Volosko is still charming and beautiful. It's a very pleasant 20-minute walk if you want to go into Opatija, but just a 5-minute walk to Volosko, which despite its size has a good range of restaurants. The apartment block is very quiet. Most of the apartments are used by the owners and not rented out, and when we were there (in peak season), most of them were shuttered. We only saw 2-3 other families the whole time. The view from the apartment is spectacular, and although our apartment did not have a balcony, we were able to fully open the huge sliding glass doors which created a lovely indoor/outdoor feeling. There is a small pool with several sun-chairs and if you want to swim in the sea, you literally walk out the gate and there are steps going down to the water, or you can walk 50m to Lipovice beach. The apartment is very well-equipped, with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and washing machine. Secure off-street parking was included. Đeni was extremely welcoming and professional, with great advice about restaurants and places to visit.

Not very much. The main problem with the apartment we were in was that although the bathroom is very nice and modern, there was no shower, just a spa bath and a hose that you can hold over yourself. It would be easy enough to create a shower over the bath by having a longer hose and a nozzle attached to the wall. A few hooks to hang wet towels on would be handy too, but that's a pretty small problem to overcome.
