Floor one has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room, working gas fireplace in living room, in unit washer/dryer, gas BBQ, Smart TV’s in all bedrooms and living room with premium channels and internet. Beautiful views of the ocean and Channel Islands from living room, gourmet kitchen and master bedroom. The 2nd and 3rd Floors have soaring ceilings and gas fireplace with spectacular views of the Channel Islands and Pacific Ocean. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Cooks kitchen with stainless steel appliances fully stocked for all your entertainment needs. Huge beach front patio where you can barbecue and dine alfresco or you can sit on one of the other 2 patios and read or just relax. Smart flat screen TV’s in every bedroom and living room with premium cable, internet and cellular booster. In unit washer/dryer. This one of a kind 3 story beach front home on Hollywood Beach has just been newly updated with brand new furnishings and is fully stocked with towels, linens and beach chairs. In addition the house has Central AC and heating. Our fully stocked home is here to meet all your needs. Separate kosher cooking supplies are available upon request. Pets will be considered with an additional pet fee. The house has direct beach access with an additional patio with seating and dining on the sand deck. Ping pong table and sand toys are also available for your use. Parking for 5 cars on site, 2 in the garage and 3 in the driveway (No street parking available). *If the home is booked on your desired dates, please check out our brand new beach house minutes away: https://www.vrbo.com/1857423* -The occupancy for guests is limited to 10 persons maximum at night and any additional day visitors must have prior approval prior to arrival. -The neighborhood has quiet hours which are strictly observed between 10 pm and 7 am. -No amplified music or sound is allowed during quiet hours and any complaints about noise during the day or night will be strictly enforced. - Property cannot be used for any events that exceed the applicable occupancy or guest limits, or that violate the quiet hours, noise standards or any other standard required with us in accordance to our contract. -TRU permit #20-0069 -Business license #16231 Just bring your tooth brush, bathing suit and sunscreen. Paradise is just a short drive from LA. The location of this property is impeccable. This house was stunning. The pictures don't lie. The house is directly on the beach and has its own little seating area on the sand. The water itself isn't very far away even thought it looks kind of far in the pictures. I can confidently say that me and the group I went with had no complaints of the property. The owner Rita was also very quick to answer any questions I had about the house and area the house was located in. The simple check in along with the simple check out instructions were so nice and private. Didn't have to do anything complicated. The price was worth every cent and I would definitely stay there again.

This home is just amazing. It made for the perfect Mother’s Day getaway. Everything from the location, the view, the beach as the backyard, the sound of the ocean. Just amazing!

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was a perfect weekend getaway for my family and friends. The location is perfect, right on the beach. The house was decorated so cute and was so clean. The only confusion I had when I arrived was that the property is a duplex. There are actually 2 separate units. The listing does not mention that it is, so it was a bit confusing. This did not end up being a problem, however, and worked out well. I would definitely recommend this property and would come back again!

Two of my siblings and small children gathered for several days of R & R. This home was so lovely. The kitchen and great room were awesome with the patio right off the great room. The bedrooms are spacious and well spaced for folks to retreat for rest. It’s on a nice quiet street with an easy walk to the channel to see sea lions and get ice cream. The downstairs two bedrooms are essentially their own suite with a small kitchen and cozy living room. Of course the beach and water were awesome. Other than the grocery store to load up, we had little reason to leave the property!

This condo was excellent in every way except two. First, the city changed their occupancy limits after our booking requiring us to rent a second condo nearby or cancel. Second, the waves at the beach break almost right on the sand and pebbles making body surfing and boogie boarding difficult and less enjoyable. It otherwise is a clean uncrowded beach that our younger grandchildren loved. Again the condo itself was excellent with a superb great room and the owner easy to work with.

Rita is a fantastic host! We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this house had EVERYTHING you could need or want. The location is perfect and we are looking forward to staying here again!

Rita was a wonderful host so responsive and accommodating. I knew if there were any issues, she'd be on top of it. The pictures were accurate and the place is as lovely as depicted. I appreciated the two separate units because I was able to work downstairs away from the chaos of the kids upstairs. The only downside of the beach - has nothing to do with the property - is that there is tar in the sand. So we had to be careful to remove the tar from our feet and shoes or else we'd track it through the house. We'd definitely rent this place again during the summertime.
