La posizione e stupenda a due passi dalla Baia del silenzio.poi Sestri Levante e bellissimo 😊😊😊👍 consiglio vivamente propietario si mette a disposizione su tutto e a anche un ristorante nel carruggio vicino a l'appartamento.. e ci sono svariati negozi di tutti i gusti consiglio vivamente..

Très bel emplacement , bien situé dans la vieille ville de sestri Levante avec restaurant et magasin à proximité et transport assez proche.
Jolies randonnées à effectuer.
Appartement légèrement sombre mais tout même très tres agréable.

L'emplacement dans le centre ancien avec toutes les commodités, la gare à 10mn, le parking privé à 3mn, l'accueil et la communication avec le propriétaire. Bien équipé en ustensiles de cuisine ( cafetière italienne)
Le lit en mezzanine, le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de savon ou gel douche, ni de liquide vaisselle et torchon ( il y avait 2 pastilles de lessive pour le lave vaisselle )
Dernières marches d'escalier un peu étroites ( ça peut être problématique lorsqu'on a de gros bagages)

La ubicación es fantástica, en pleno centro histórico de Sestri Levante, en la calle principal cerca de Trattorias, tiendas y heladerías. A 30 segundos caminando esta la Bahía del Silencio, maravillosa.
Ideal para gente joven, muchas escaleras.

Very nice place to stay in Sestri Levante. Location is perfect, heart of old city, close to both beaches, pubs and restaurants. Apartment has it`s own heating, which is great and useful during the winter. Highly recommended.

Central Location, two TV‘s to watch the World Cup. All devices were clean and functional.
Missing some accessories, e.g. sponge or dishwasher liquid to clean pots, not enough toilet paper.

Superb location.
Right in the centre of a lively but yet quiet place. Room was very comfy and have everything you need.
Fabio was a superb host, very friendly and shown us all the places nearby for food and shopping groceries.
Definitely stay there again!
Apartment is close to the beach, lots of restaurants and bars, walks, supermarkets, shopping, gelateria, pasticerias, etc…… everything you will need for a truly Italian holidays!

Location is great.We love staying in Via XXV Aprile.Beatiful apartment in a beatiful building.For the last 4 years we spend our summer holidays in Sestri and now this is our favorite apartment.Host Fabio is really friendly and helpful.When you need something . he is easy to reach.I recommend his restaurant Trattoria Turin too.

Fantastic location in the heart of Sestri Levante; the apartment is an object lesson in making the most available space. It was very well equipped, planned, laid out and decorated. The owner was extremely helpful too, and his nearby bar and restaurant are highly recommended.

The apartment is beautifully renovated and Immaculate. Everything works perfectly, from the large shower to the efficient heating and well equipped kitchen The location could not be more central. Fabio is friendly and helpful.
The double bed is on a mezzanine with very low ceiling and anyone taller than 1.70 cannot stand up straight

LOCATION-central & fabulous.Had a washing machine, which we appreciated as traveling for 3 weeks.
Stairs to bedroom rather steep & pretty low ceiling for tall person. Just know there are 4 flights of stairs to apartment. Owner did help us with one bag.

Location is great, in the middle of town, right at the beautiful beach. The studio is really clever designed, making optimal use of the space. Fabio is a great host, quick to answer questions.
We travelled with small kids, and would not recommend renting the studio. The stairs were quite dangerous for them. The bed was not too comfortable. Fabio provide some extra linnen to ease it a bit, but it was not great.
