The pool was amazing. We had a great stay and felt really welcome! The environment was quiet and peacefull, but with car close to everything.

Perfect place for couples who want a peaceful getaway. Felipa and her sisters are welcoming and speak English fluently. Spending a couple of days in a traditional Portuguese house has made our holiday even more special. If you are travelling by car is the perfect location to visit Sintra's area. Our room was spacious and clean and the swimming pool is just amazing. Highly recommended!

The property looks better on pictures than in reality. We stayed for 3 nights. Price is attractive. The rooms are clean. Private parking. Actually very quiet place, but also very cold and wet place (inside the room) :( Close proximity to all Sintra sightseeing places.

Sintra has its specific microclimate which causes that it is very cold outside even in summer and humidity is very high in the evening and during the night. So if you book the room to stay overnight is fine, but if you are going to spend some time in the room during evenings it is a little bit cold, wet and depressing due to weak lightning inside. Regardless attractive price and good location, we regretted that we chose to stay there for so long

The accomodations were comfortable, well kept and clean. I didn't have the opportunity to use the pool but generally speaking the outside area was really inviting to hang around and spend some time reading (the birds and the friendliest of dogs were there to keep me company). It was perfect in the sense that it was close to everything Sintra but it was also isolated enough to guarantee a peaceful night's sleep. The hosts were really inviting and kind, making sure all my needs were met while also ensuring my freedom to come and go freely. Would definitely come back.

nice host, very well equipped kitchen, by far more pots, plates etc. than in most of the places (we were in the studio), clean studio, comfortable bed, good wifi, nice view. nice outside pool. if you are on a longer holiday, chose only one castle a day than relax, it is really tireding walking so much up and down, but everything is so beautiful. good place for relaxing with nice dogs.

what we really missed: though there was plenty of place in front of our apartment, there wasn't chairs and a table outside to enjoy our breakfast in the morning sunshine. yes, other tables were offered, but a little bit far and in shade (in January) the location, you really need to have a car, with GOOD WORKING GPS. the supermarket is 5 km-s away with poor choice, we didn't see any restaurants on our way back home. be aware that half of the highlights cannot be visited by car.

We had great time staying in very cozy green and relaxing place . Fantastic very kind owner was so helpful when It really mattered . Thank you Philipe , for you kindness and hospitality !
