The location
A bit run down. Staff very curt, not friendly.

easily accessible and 2 minutes walk to the very quiet side of the lake
some rooms with limited but nice view of lake
floors are creaking as they are old parquet wood, it was a problem for me at night as I had to walk around the room or go to bathroom outside of the room

Great location, near to the lake, very friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good as well.

Host was gracious, experienced and knowledgeable.
Two spiral staircase after climb to first floor were difficult with luggage. Shower stall inside room awkward.

Lovely place and only 10 min walking from the beach (lake) and no far from other attractions.
