We enjoyed the house and location! House was decorated beautifully and very roomy. Beds were super comfy! The only negative was the carpet in the bedrooms. Noticeable dirty spots in each one. The property manager was understanding and is in touch with the owner to correct. However, it was disappointing to see that the carpets were not cleaned before we arrived. The kitchen cabinets were also missing wine glasses which was disappointing. We improvised with plastic wine glasses from Publix for our stay and appreciated our beautiful family and feast 🙂.

Great place to get all the grandkids together. Plenty of space for our group of 13. Lower can park 2. Upper can park 4 or 5 cars. Split unit means lower 1st floor, then upper 2nd/3rd floor. We had the upper with the elevator. Lots of trips up and down stairs to cars, beach, trash, etc. Two levels of balcony/decks was amazing. Induction stove in use requires specific cookware. Had most kitchen needs. A sharp paring knife is needed. Gas grill is ok. Showing its age. Elevator can be tricky. Interior gate must be closed immediately to avoid getting locked out. Need emergency tool and better instructions on elevator operations. Overall great stay. Direct beach access with outdoor showers is awesome. Pool is really nice to have too.

The house is very spacious and in a great location. We loved walking to the tiki hut at the pier and the beach was not crowded. Having the pool and hot tub were a huge bonus. The house is very well stocked with cooking items and their was plenty of seating for our family of 15. Also plenty of parking .

We had the best time! We had toddlers and elementary age grandchildren, our teenage daughter and our married children with us. The open concept, beautiful views and large bedrooms and bathrooms made it a perfect place for our family vacation. The deck overlooks the pool and the beach . Easy to find everyone if needed! We had umbrellas and chairs rented for the week which was so convenient. We played on the beach, in the ocean and at the pool. Easy to come in for lunch and go back out. The boardwalk area is a fun evening trip for the kids for ice cream and some rides. Drinks and music at rooftop bars for the older ones. We ate in but also had nice meals at Stoked, Havana’s and SeaWitch- all great! It’s a little over a mile to walk. Sometimes we walked, sometimes we rode in the car. Sometimes we stayed in and played games at the large dining room table or hung out on the deck. It was such a great trip- thank you!

The property management company cancelled our reservation Monday afternoon when we were supposed to arrive Wednesday for Thanksgiving with 3 families flying in for the holiday. The representative tried to move us to another home and offered a 25% discount but we wouldn’t all fit and it was not an equal option. They did offer to give us a refund minus the Vrbo fee that he said I’d have to contact them to get back. We were frantically trying to secure another location for our 15 people anywhere in the southeast. After explaining that me contacting Vrbo to get my fee back after they cancelled the reservation was not really good customer service he brought in management and they gave me the full refund. While disappointed that we couldn’t stay there I know that issues occur that are out of our control. We found another house 3 hours away and adjusted so that Thanksgiving was still a success!
