we felt safe, near everything (including beach and konzum), rooms are big enough including big balcony, nice owner welcome upon arrival, appears to be clean, we found parking space. Property is new and good looking.

air conditioning will keep 1 room cool but too cool, about 16 Celsius and seams to be stuck or off, hot running water sometimes not working for extended period, rooms not soundproof (it can get loud if you know what I mean) Bathroom very small. Owner hard to contact in case of issue like hot water problem or check out typical questions. All in all good stay but there is room for improvement. I cant compare to similar properties nearby. all in all Nema problema
