The staff especially was very professional and friendly and I was back in my room 10 minutes after the concert ended.

Good

The location is really great to go to a concert in Düsseldorf Stadium, the hotel is part of the stadium. The breakfast is amazing and the breakfast staff are very helpfully.

The reception staff doesn't help al all, we need a taxi and they couldn't even order for us, we had to look for one on the streets with our luggage! We also had problems in the check in. It is expensive.

Very good

Perfect location for visiting Messe. Good restaurant with a view on football field. Tasty and rich breakfast. Easy checking in and out. Room was very basic, but clean and comfy.

High price for basic single room

Euroshop visit.

Located next to the fairgrounds and metro station - less than 100m walk. Easy access from airport - free bus service during fair events. Metro line goes to the main railway station via city centre. Clean room.👍

Price like 6 star hotel. A bit crowded during breakfast and dinner. But unfortunately it’s the case during Fair like Euroshop. ☹️

You can do better!

Room Amenities like Kettle, Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Cup, Mug Water, Glass, Bathroom Personal Care Amenities like Moisturizer, Shaving Blade, Gel, Toothpaste, Toothbrush. I stayed along and the room had two single beds and I requested both beds to be joined as a King Sized? TV News Channels not easy to browse. Dinner meal selections not good enough for single eaters and less of Alacarte selections!

Some staff members were excellent. Two young ladies who worked at the bar were great. A young man who was there on the 16th early morning at the reception was great!

The price was very high. Lack of TV channels in English (other than CNN and BBC). Signage could improve. Some people at the reception and in the restaurant could be friendlier. Room service would have been great.

The breakfast and BBQ were good, the staff were friendly and the location within the stadium was ideal.

The rooms overall felt a little tired and in need of an update for the price paid. Initially, I was placed in a room that had a very strong smell of cigarettes despite being a non smoking hotel but the staff happily changed it for me.

Staff and service are usually not the best. I only stay at the hotel for convenience of the location.

You pay for the location

Impressive location in the arena. Walking distance to Messe, about a 15min walk to CCD. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, clean room with great beds.

Very plain room. No fridge, no coffee/tea or even normal drinking glasses. Very minimal toiletries.

Nice staff, clean hotel but no food service or restaurant so a 15 min walk to get some food.

No breakfast and no food service as the Covid-19 has meant not enough people in hotel to justify the expense of staff.

Price a little high considering the lack of open services at the hotel.
