Breakfast is okay. Location is okay.
Hotel was smelling smoke in all floors. There was a clear info about Sauna & Turkish Bath on info page at Booking.com however when we arrived to hotel they said Sauna and SPA facility out of order. We could not use Turkish Bath or Sauna but paid for the facilities we have not been able to use! Hotel is a bit odd with all male staff even cleaners. As a women traveller we have not felt welcoming by staff as they were very conservative.
Bathrooms were not clean and mould marks around the showers. NO Shampoo
Beds were uncomfortable at first day we asked to change the room and they gave us a bit better room but still cigarette smoke was everywhere. Street and Car noise from the room window during the night.

Beautiful building, lovely staff and, exquisite fresh breakfast at the rooftop restaurant which has an amazing view of the city.

This hotel is in the middle of the old city near many of the historical sites. Huge traditional markets to explore with traditional spaces and new merging together seamlessly. Lots of choice, easy access into and out of the area with trams, buses and taxis. The hotel is painted light blue and easy to spot on the horizon. Can get busy in the area.
Breakfast provided with our booking was exceptional, lots of choice, fresh and healthy. Very Turkish cuisine with cheeses, olives, vegetables etc, plus pastries, breads and lots to put on them. We booked a larger room and it was well worth the price with a lounge, bedroom etc. We will be staying here again. There is an amazing restaurant upstairs straight across from the hotel entrance above a gift shop. Best restaurant in Turkiye, which we visit every time we stay in Konya. An added bonus for staying in this property.

Cigarette smell throughout the property and room. The fact there is an ashtray in the room indicates smoking is allowed. If you’re a non-smoker you may wish to consider staying here.

It's location, across the Mevlana Square, walking distance to the Bazaar & surrounded by restaurants, is perfect. Lovely breakfast served on the terrace with good views over the square. Comfortable facilities (the bathroom has great pressure in thr showers); the staff were very warm & helpful despite their lack of English.
The only negative point was the small room size. Our rooms overlooked the street, the rooms overlooking the Square would have better views.

The location of the hotel is really the best.. Literally a stone's throw from Mevlana Museum... The location is at the heart of Konya.. We could easily walk and go to restaurants, souvenir shops, Aziziye market....I'm glad i picked this hotel!

The atmosphere of the hotel and the rooms were different from the presented photos.The service provided was very poor. There was a bad smell in the room. The breakfast was of poor quality and the food was not fresh.The heating system was very noisy. There was no food in the refrigerator.The price of the hotel was very high compared to the services provided.

A pleasant stay with family. Perfect location and view of main attraction. The staff are extremely helpful and no request is to small. We didn’t struggle to communicate with staff. Easy access to local markets and good quality food. Good value for money. Highly recommend this hotel.

location is nice and view from breakfast area is nice. the valet guy is very friendly and should be paid more as he works A LOT he is the only useful person in the entire hotel.
the entire hotel smells of smoke and alcohol. must do something about cleanliness about the polluted air and smell.

Very good location, just couple of minutes walk to Mevlana. very good breakfast and on top floor with good view. very helpful and friendly staff.
Rooms were not that clean, floor carpet is bit old and dirty, they have tea cups in room which were not properly washed but on Request they replaced.

The hotel is located close to historical site and town centre. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast provided a range of choices. The staff helped with parking as well as turning some laundry around very quickly.
There was a constant smell of cigarette smoke which appeared to come from the ventilation system. This meant that through our stay in the hotel we were never free of nicotine smell.
