Lovely host, flexible and kind with good tips for the city. Good location, quiet but close enough to the city centre. Kitchen had everything you needed. Cute balcony!

Anita's apartment has everything you need, and then some (even a washing machine). Anita is a great host, very friendly and provided us with everything we needed. As pointed by other comments, the apartment is located in the suburbs of Zadar, but city center is easily accessible by bus, and a Uber will cost around 5 euros if you come back too late to catch a bus. Easily the best accomodation we found during our Croatian trip (and most were really nice too).

Rooms are small for 3 adults and one child. Doublebed takes most of space in bedroom.

The apartment looks exactly the same like the pictures. It was sparkling clean and the owner, Anita is one of the best hosts you can get. She was always helpful and she took the time to explain us what we can visit, where to eat and which are the best beaches to go. The property also has private parking places at no cost.

For us it was not an inconvenience, because we always use the car, but the city center and the beaches are a bit far away and you cannot talk a walk to neither of them.

We absolutely love the landlady - she's friendly, open and helpful more than we could wish. And an unusual person to talk to. The apartment is great - comfy and pleasant to stay in. We found there everything we needed (thank goddess for the opportunity of doing laundry in the middle of our journey:)) A thought of the sort: "oh, well, we wish we had ... here" never came to our minds - everything just WAS there. And all the place is spotless - we mean it!

Anita and her husband has been very kind and friendly with us. The apartment was very nice and very comfortable, only 10 minutes from the city center (by car or scooter). I am very happy to have chosen Anita's apartment!

The hostess Anita is truly an amazing person. The apartment is extremely clean and really nice. You have everything you need. Washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, laundry rack, TV, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, water heater, sandwich maker etc. The balcony is wonderful and really big. In front of all the windows are mosquito nets. There is also an air conditioner in the living room. I highly recomend it.

The last part of the stairway is dangerous.
