We had a good time in Alvor and would definitely go back.

Apartment was clean and spacious and had everything that was needed for our short stay. The air conditioning was very welcome given the hot spell.

The shower was a bit basic, and there very few glasses e.g. only 2 wine glasses. The property did not have a balcony whch is its biggest drawback

Very good

The apartment was clean and spacious. 2 bathrooms are a real plus.

Air con not working in main bedroom. I only ever book accommodation with air con so this was a big negative. Would also have been good to have an information pack in regards to wifi, pool cards, local amenities etc.

Pleasant stay but not comfortable due to lack of AC

The apartment overall was good. Clean and spacious for a Family of 5.

Air Conditioning in the main bedroom was broken and the room became Hot, humid, and totally uncomfortable which made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. When we complained, at first they made it seem it was new to them but later it was apparent that the AC was broken for quite a while. They were waiting on a new motherboard. They could have been honest and let us know before but didn´t. Dish washer also not there but replaced the day we checked in. Parking your car is a nightmare and if you have an electric car like we do, it becomes an issue. Kitchen utensils were a bit lacking.

Wonderfully relaxing, clean and comfortable. Really helpful staff on hand when needed.

The property was very clean, useful location close to a lot of decent places and the use of the pool was really handy.

Disappointing

it was specious.

the bedrooms need proper curtains. the apartment had a musty smell at check-in. it wasn’t dusted and aired before arrival, it was horrible. the toilet paper was cheap and 1 ply.

fab, really enjoyed it . The small things like having coffee tea salt and both washing machine detergent and dishwasher

big and spacious… 2 bathrooms were really big

would have liked a bigger balcony area but it was fine

A little studio that caters to your needs.

Self catering function, had everything you needed. Plus points to staff who brought extra pillows when we requested!

The bed could be more comfy and it would have been nice to have a kettle. If you leave in the morning and plan to come back during the day, the parking space is being taken over by the clubhouse staff.

We had a lovey holiday in Alvor and the apartment was exceptional.

Modern apartment with a well equipped kitchen and 2 beautiful bathrooms, one of which was en-suite.

Nice spacious, clean apartments. Our toilet seat was broken on arrival, but we just reported it and left toilet lid to one side. Other than that we were extremely pleased with the apartment, the pool, poolside bar and all the staff.

Single beds weren't very comfortable.

Other than the above very good must add the electric blinds give it a very secure feel.

Location was good, modern design and well equipped.

Bedding left a lot to be desired, poor quality pillows and only 2 which being a single occupancy wasn’t a problem but for 2 people not good but the main problem was pillow cases stained they basically need replacing ( I understand sweat stains are difficult however just replace if you can’t get them clean) Sorry.

A great place to stay, nice apartment in a good area. Being the end of the season we had no problems with parking and getting around. The apartment is in a good area with local supermarket and a ten minute walk to the Alvor town centre, where dining, music and bars are plentiful and friendly. The pools were clean and well presented with cafe for breakfast, the reception had a lounge with a small used book library and give good information if asked. All in all an enjoyable stay.

The apartment was well presented and clean, however there was no local information guides or maps. Also, there was only 7 channels on TV and no user guides for tv, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine. We had to ask at the reception as to whether we could use the pool facilities as info was sent by e-mail after we had arrived. We would definitely stay here again though!!

The position was amazing, near the center of Alvor and near Portimao. It has a coffe machine that was really appreciated. It has a washing machine and a dishwasher, too.

Modern spacious well-equipped apartment

Large new well-equipped apartment with good quality fittings.

Not very well maintained - air conditioning not working in one bedroom. Quick response from local staff who were unable to fix the a/c problem. Main bedroom window easily accessible from road, so not possible to leave it open.

location good 10 minute stroll into the centre. the staff are so good and helpful. clean and simple place

great location at good price

Lovely comfortable apartment in great location, 5 min walk to town 15-20 min walk to beach. Also comfortable apartment for quiet nights in.

Not the property management fault but the local pool was run down, many of the bed was broken.

Very modern and comfortable, overall a great place to stay.

Kitchen pots pans we're sparse, a safe would have been appreciated. Bathroom mats to step onto would have been useful so not to wet the floor.
