Good locatio and friendly staff

The hotel location was near to Old Bazaar (5 minutes walking distance) and hotel has its private sandy beach. Staff was very friendly, they are always ready to help with a smiley face. The food was good. We will stay again if we visit Sharm.

Animation team make some strange body movements with strange noises. It is not a dance nor an animation. They do not respect people who wants to relax on a silent environment.

giù le mani da pesce e carne !

tutto ci andavo sempre, mi sentivo a casa … ma poi è cambiato il cibo

c’è pochissima scelta di cibo e quando prendi carne e pesce ti servono loro e tene danno pochissimo , centellinato , facendoti sentire molto a disagio se torni più volte mentre il resto è a buffet , inoltre in 10 giorni (20 pasti totali) mai una carne diversa da pollo o fegato , ci sono rimasta male

O tuhaf yemekleri yemeseniz bile yemekli alın o altın bileziği takın ki size ikinci sınıf insan muamelesi yapmasınlar. K

Old markete yakınlığı güzel. Arada yol geçiyor ama deniz kenarında olması iyi. Kliması odanın büyüklüğü iyi fakat yatakların değişmesi gerekiyor daha rahat olmalı. Resepsiyonu iyi tatlı insanlar.

Yemekler çok iyi degil. Onu gectim yemek yemek istediğinizde garson kolunuzdan tutup asla yiyemezsiniz gibi bir tavırla zorla ödemeye götürüyor bu davranış misafirperverliğe sığmıyor. Yemesem dahi her şey dahil almalıydım ki ikinci sınıf insan muamelesi gördüm. Herkes bracelet derdine düşmüş. Aşırı kötü diyemem ama sadece hotelde vakit geçirilecekse o hotele gidilmez. Dısarı çıkılıp surekli mekan mekan geçilecekse iyi cunku konum çok iyi.

Неплохой бюджетный вариант

Отношение персонала: у нас сильно опоздал самолёт и мы пропустили ужин, но нам оставили фруктовую тарелку, было очень кстати. На следующий день мы поздно выезжали на сафари и нам позволили оставить вещи на ресепшене, и даже выдали карточки для полотенец. Расположение: рядом со Старым Городом, до него можно дойти пешком. На пляже рядом неплохой ресторан и причал Близко к порту где начинаются дайв сафари. Пляж: песчаный, очень теплая вода(в конце апреля в открытом море было +24, в бухте прогрелась до 28) Цена.

Бухта совсем не подходит для сноркелинга, пляж песчаный и никаких рифов там нет. Кондиционер работает либо сдувая с ног ледяным потоком, либо еле еле. Выглядит номер достаточно скромно, построен отель довольно давно. Выбор еды на завтрак довольно скромный.

Turquise beach hotel

Staff estremamente cortese e disponibile, parlavano abbastanza bene italiano o comunque inglese e ci si capiva bene, tutti molto gentili e disponibili, lasciavano tutti i giorni un litro d'acqua in bottiglia al rifacimento della camera, resort tranquillo e in un ottima posizione per raggiungere old Sharm anche a piedi, la spiaggia è vicinissima e molto tranquilla.

Subito affianco al resort c'è una moschea che giustamente pratica la prima preghiera la mattina molto presto, con i megafoni.. la spiaggia dell resort non ha la barriera corallina perché è in un piccolo golfo che ne è sprovvista ma comunque a pochi minuti già si trova

Io e la mia amica Vanessa abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza in questo piccolo hotel. Vicinissimo a Sharm vecchia, animazione non invadente, tutto il personale molto gentile. Camere pulite. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Will be there again, anyway.

Room is big, bed is stiff as I like it, and everything (room, reception, restaurant, common places) is VERY CLEAN. Private beach that is nice and quite clean.

Breakfast experience has not been the best, particularly compared to last year. With the exception of the excellent live cooking of eggs and crepes any style requested, the rest of the food seemed not fresh or well maintained in the pots.

Clean, professional personnel, beautiful garden, private beach, the best animation team(thank you BeBo and Mohammad) These guys hang out with the kids and teenagers playing pool, darts, dancing etc. During the day they play beach-volleyball and arrange workouts down by the beach for the guests. The receptionist is fantastic and helpful to answer every question. Fantastic staff overall at this hotel it’s perfect for families and also single parents traveling with kids.

The place needs some tender love and care. It’s clean but there are loose tiles and needs repainting and mending concrete here and there. The management should invest in the property because it really deserves it. Another thing is the food. The chef’s are professional but they have a very strict budget (very little meat) and they aren’t magicians :)) Also- the all inclusive use of dentist sized plastic cups, spoons, watering out wine, beer etc. It’s not just bad for the environment but it’s also working against its purpose to save on costs. People will ask for 6 small cups to get 2 normal units of wine/beer anyway. So change into 1 size larger paper cups instead and serve a normal amount in each, it will give the hotel a better score and actually do something for the environment. Wi-Fi only works around the reception area and pool bar.

A week in the worst hotel ive ever stayed in.

Absolutely nothing positive to this hotel.. We hated it. There is nothing to like.

We stayed at this hotel for new year & paid a whopping £320 all inclusive. Big mistake. The food is absolutely disgusting.its literally vegetarian.. cold inedible slop which gave me sickness & diahorrea. Overcooked pasta,rice and nasty stewed veg and occasional 'meat' which was some sort of fatty mince mix they shaped koftes and burgers out of.. they chop last nights cold uneaten burgers up and do stir frys with them.. The 'deserts' were stale after being put out day after day,and full of food colouring.. they basically take £100 off you for the week and put out the very cheapest food possible. Imitation coca cola served in tiny glasses.. the milk they use for the weak tea and coffee is even watered down.The self service juice is warm and tasted vile.No mayo,no tomato sauce..you even have to ask for butter for toast after using a broken toaster to do one side of your bread. The slop became so bad,we stopped eating it & used the pizza restaurant next door,which half the hotel resorted to using. The rooms are very dated.no point having a tv,the signal is so bad its unwatchable. Broken kettle,broken phone..scruffy. Doors banging all night long,people drunk & shouting at all hours. No wifi in rooms,only works outside restaurant where the place is infested with swarms of mosquitos..we all got eaten alive. The 'animation' or attempt at entertainment was embarrassing. Two lads doing silly dances to techno music being pumped out of a broken speaker loud and distorted.. then they do a kids routine for 5 kids playing the same songs every night,8-9 while people are dining or relaxing outside.. it drives you crazy. Theres no service at all..the waiters look miserable because nobody tips as everyone is having a really miserable time. The alcohol is some sort of brew that tastes like petrol.. and flat beer is poured from bottles in the smallest plastic cups you ever saw. I could go on...

Un buon resort economico

Posizione buona poiché a 8 minuti a piedi da old sharm Per quanto riguarda il cibo era abbastanza variegato e tutte le sere qualcosa cambiava. Stanza pulita.

La spiaggia privata del resort è di fronte ma non tra le migliori poiché partono le escursioni e quindi non si può nuotare molto,infatti non si vede la barriera corallina. Per ovviare a ciò ci sono molte spiagge vicine belle come El Fanar,dove la barruera coralkina è fantastica. Il cibo è abbastanza tradizionale, molto speziato e diatante dai nostri gusti, quindi può stancare facilmente.

FANTASTIC PERFECT!

Everything was FANTASTIC PERFECT! Private beach, terraces, clean pool, evening entertainment AND MORE. The room is cleaned every day, towels and bed linen are changed. The hotel is located in the city center, close to the Mosque. The city is quiet and you can walk whenever you want. Mohamad solves any situation and he is the key man of fun in the resort. Congratulations to our friends at the RECEPTION, from SECURITY and the RESTAURANT STAFF, we look forward to meeting you again. Greetings Shiko (he works on the beach of the resort and will help you go on trips to the desert, go for a walk with the yacht and much more, negotiate the price a bit with him :))) Greetings to our friends from the shop in the resort. Respect for brothers and friendship!!!

When we come back, prepare big glasses for cuba libre !!! Otherwise, I will lower the grade next time and give you a 9 :))

Cheap but unfortunately not cheerful

Clean both in and around the facilities as well as in the rooms.

Online bio stated indoor pool and spa, neither of which were present. Food served was awful, limited choices, bland and mainly just vegetables, no butter provided for bread not adequate for an all inclusive stay. Drinks served were in miniature plastic cups, literally 2 mouth fulls.

location is superb as was the aircon. the views unreal. staff very helpful.

as far as i am aware i was the only english person here. you are not allowed butter for your bread or toast.

the place is good in general with comparing to the rate and the room is very comfortable.The staff are very supporting and special thanks to Mr.Ayman for all support he did during my stay

the food is average with lack of varities, the beach is sandy but small and the smell of motors is annoying

Avoid the hotel

The staff being so friendly especially Ahmed at the pool bar, mohamed lifeguard at the pool, ismail in housekeeping,Ali in reception and Abu el khier. location is beside old market which is great and only short trip to hadaba and

hotel is outdated and in big need of refurbishment. beach is not private as stated in description and buses of people come in and out which is supose to be from only 10-2 but is all day. food is basic and tasteless and we were disgusted after being served raw chicken of which we complained and showed the chef and supervisor but they still continued to serve it to people and felt it wasn't taken seriously enough .

Hotel room was very spaciouse, overall comfortable feel like home, little old and that was nice because it feel like home. Walking distance to old market. Friendly staff and even guests were friendly feel like small village or family. Oriental choices for breakfast. Shopping area inside the hotel. Entertainment program that we can see from inside our room. Over all was very homy and friendly.

AC worked nice and temperature outside was very hot in July, it made rooms cold at night but in noon wasn't that much cold, and as a winter person I like very cold weather.

Great location and service

Liked the service is quick a professional and they are very responsive. Using ther services is easy and everything in the room was working as expected. Liked the proximity to old market.

The food quality can be little improvement. Some items were not fresh prepared/backed.

The location is excellent, the beach is very good, And the service of the beach is good and I thank Mr. Ibrahim and Abdel Rahman the reception is very good especially Mr. Ali Askar is a very special person, the animation team is good, the restaurant staff is creative and cooperative, especially Mr. Haitham Al-Naqib ، The rooms are good and clean and I thank Mr. Islam in this regard
