Loved the Resort its amazing 10/10

The most therapeutic ambiance.. its more than gorgeous. And as well super romantiq loved it 100% and would recommend others as as well come back😘

The staff not paying attention to people of colour and more of white people .. service is not good need abit more training when it comes to setting the tables and attend to every guest same way .

Love the comfortable little houses on the beach. Nice extra touches like a fruit plate in the room and a Welcome Back cake at dinner.

It was a shame there were so few guests, but the hotel still managed to supply a range of tasty dishes.

Hospitality of the staff. Front office as well as the F&B.

No water provided in the toilet to wash. You hv to return to the bath room which is separate. Only toilet tissues. No bucket or mug in the bath room. No tap for taking water too. And the water is saline. Only shower provided. Asians prefer bath by taking water direct from the bucket.

fabulous stay

first the hotel is sooo huge. friendly staff. the internet was excellent. beach was crowed it’s basically a beach front hotel. they give you a free welcoming coconut 4 pm. the give some tea excellent. on Wednesday they host some Maasai community that sells there nice bead work at affordable prices. and they community entertain you with dance and music at 7.30 pm for almost 2hours. was such un amazing experience. it was my anniversary they went out of ther way and we got a welcoming cake I feel sooo special to have flown from dubai to come celebrate there. thanks sooo much

they have bungalow which is really nice does not feel like a normal hotel room. Nice shower with a lot of hot water. sea view with little terrace. A lot of monkeys. The sea is beautiful.

1st year with my son holiday

The staff were amazing,the manager made sure we were enjoying it there, she kept asking what need to be changed

Some staff were ignorant n we had to ask for something's severally especially the permanent once .

Fabulous beach, lovely rooms, great service, mediocre food and facilities

The property faces a huge and beautiful white sand beach. This is really one of the most beautiful beaches we have seen in the area! The cottages are clean and comfortable - ours was a "garden view" but we had a lovely view of the gardens and the beach. Quiet and serene.

The food is really poor and there is not much variety. Compared to other properties nearby, the buffet and the a la carte menu is so disappointing. Not much fresh fruit, not much variety of foods served (very little fish!!) and offerings are mostly bland. This was a holiday weekend and it did not seem that there was sufficient food at breakfast for the guests - things kept running out!! Our rooms were lovely but a bit run-down. The ceiling leaked and there were termites in the wooden beams. We came for the beach, but this place could really be spectacular if it paid some attention to the quality of the food and some of the other details.

The location and staff were great.

Very dated premises, needs a face-lift/renovation but to start with a coat of paint at the accommodation. On my last day I ordered food and suddenly they had hiked the prices once the receipt got to me. The pricing of food on the menu differed from the receipt presented for payment. I thought this was really wrong of them to do...basically taking advantage of the guests during the holidays. Toilet in my room had a problem flushing, even after fixing it still had issues. TV wasn't working but they replaced it promptly.

Perfect choice I made and exceptional stay I really enjoyed it

Breakfast was amazing, we had a jungle dinner which was excellent. My room was absolutely amazing on the side by itself kind of private with amazing ocean view and the other room I booked was awesome too n same stunning views.Special thanks to Kevin the waiter at the restaurant took care of us so much n very helpful also John the receptionist in charge in the evening shift extremely helpful n accommodating person

You can improve on the quockness of getting your food after you order room service or by the beach bar but otherwise the staff were really good n very friendly.

Beautiful resort! Would return without a second thought!

What a beautiful resort! We loved it and would definitely return! The staff were so friendly & helpful. The room was beautiful.

The monkeys were everywhere, we got surrounded and chased by a group of approx 10! I seen another steak another guests food. The guards to their best to help. We were unable to make international calls from the hotel.
