About this villa rental
A spacious sunny villa with private pool for your exclusive use. ideal for mixed age groups and family . 4 double bedrooms all with air conditioning and own bathrooms Free fast wifi throughout villa . FREE POOL HEATING : From September - June we heat the pool free of charge making it possible to have early morning dips or a late night swim if you so wish. For those not wanting to hire a car there is a bus stop at the end of the road thay takes you up into the village where there is an abundance of bars and good restaurants or down into Fuengitola with gorgeous sandy beaches and every type of restaurant and bar you can think of. We are on the doorstep of the world famous Valparaiso restaurant which sadly is closed at the moment but we are hoping this will and more wonderful fun filled evenings will be had. reopen The living room,kitchen terrace pool and bar benefit from being all on one level making it easier to keep and eye on little ones and so there are no terraces or steps to climb to the pool etc. there is a further double bedroom with ensuite here which would suit those with a little restricted mobility The garden and pool are private and not over looked and there is a gate to pool for child safety. All bedrooms are double rooms with air conditioning and own bathroom . The upper bedrooms all have doors leading to a terrace overlooking the garden and pool again this is not over looked and an ideal place to have breakfast or evening drinks . From the roof terrace there are lovely views and seating to watch the wonderful sun sets and observe the wonderful clear skies at night and listen to our owls chatting to each other as the sun starts to go down . In the mature garden there are various tropical shrubs and plants which amazingly release their perfume at night . The bar and BBQ are the ideal entertainment hub with lighting and an additional fridge there is also an additional gas BBQ for those who prefer this method of cooking or to cater for large groups. There are ample sun loungers and chairs along with separate towels for pool use. Car not essential as there is a bus stop nearby also an excellent (reasonable and regulated taxi service) Free wifi !!!

It was the second time we rented the villa – and we hope to return. Everything in the villa is in perfect condition. The heated pool is perfect in January! Some distance to Mijas/beach, but we didn’t bother to rent a car since Uber/Bolt is so easy to use.

Amazing time and a magnificent host,always available for advice.
Villa was clean and very spacious.
Little touches like milk , tea, coffee and even wine on our arrival shows this host really wants you to have the best holiday.

We (3 generations) have had a fantastic holiday in this Villa.
Inside it has everything you need and the outside area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the heated pool. The kids absolutely loved the warm pool. And Sally’s ice cream 🍡
We got a warm welcome by Sally and she had provided cool white wine for the adults and ice cream for the children.
Thank you again Sally, for your way to make us feel very welcome.
The bus down to Fuengirola and Mijas is just a few minutes walk from the house.

Me and 7 friends stayed at this lovely villa for 5 nights. It was perfect for the size of our party. The bedrooms were all nice, the bathrooms were all good, 2 were more modern. The kitchen was great it had everything we needed, the fridge isnt massive but there was one to use under the outside bar which came in handy. The outside area was the best thing about this villa and that is where we spent most of our time. Adequate sunbeds and parasols, the seating area was lovely. The pool was lovely although im not sure it was heated but luckily the weather was very hot so a nice cool pool was what we needed. We didnt hire a car but would be ideal to get around, although the cabs and bus service was good to get to Mijas Pueblo and other areas. Mijas Pueblo is beautiful. There are no shops within walking distance so transport is needed. There is a bar within 5mins walking distance. All in all we had a fantastic time at the villa, would recommend. Annabelle and Sally are both very helpful. My only negative was that i think the outside area needed a good sweeping up before we arrived. Thanks for letting us stay

We have been as a family and the house is spacious and comfortable, it has everything we need and the pool, which Anabel very kindly heated for us, is excellent, we were very comfortable, to say the least, it would need to renew the sun loungers and improve some aspects of the garden, but The truth is that it's great. Thank you so much

We have just returned from a wonderful stay in this villa Sally the host greeted us on arrival and was always on hand if you needed help or advice which is very reassuring.The villa itself is like a second home spacious with all the amenities you could need .The basics were all provided wash powder, dish washer tablets, washing up liquid and the store cupboard had seasonings,oils ,tea ,coffee, sugar, milk as well as complementary wine and Sangria which we thoroughly enjoyed .however we did all struggle with the controls on the microwave, hob and oven which were a little temperamental and hard to control but the gas bbq was an excellent bonus. We hired cars from the airport as we intended to do a little sightseeing which would have been very time consuming if we had used public transport and my son’s family needed the freedom to go to the beach but there is a regular half hourly bus service to Mijas 200 meters away and Fuengirola we used both of these in our second week. Walking to Mijas or the shops was not an option it was far too hot not to mention being uphill! The closest supermarkets are Aldi and lidls on the outskirts of Fuengirola a short 5/10 minute drive away and similarly Mijas in the other direction is packed with cafes and restaurants to eat in and dozens of small shops . Park in the multi story it’s either free or very cheap depending upon the day / time and saves driving round searching for parking . The pool outside is a great size with lots of seating options

The villa is in a great location with a private, non looked over pool and garden.
Unfortunately it's very tired and needs
some maintenance to bring it up to the standard I'm sure it once was.
It's liveable and realitavly comfortable but let down by lack of up keep.
I won't go into specifics as I don't want to list what could be concieved as minor cosmetics but the villa needs some attention soon to make it more pleasurable to stay there.
That aside we had a good week and didn't let the slightly run down feel of the place to affect our holiday.
Communication was great and arrival and departure was very smooth.
The villa is perfect for 10 people so we didn't feel on top of each other (although previous stays in villas of that size had much more fridge and freezer space)
This would definitely be a five-star property if up keep was maintained, maybe the price reflects the condition of the villa, I'm not sure as I've not looked into that.

My girlfriends and I thorghly enjoyed our stay here. The villa is spacious with a well equiped kitchen and great outdoor space. We really enjoyed using the great pool and making use of the many sun loungers, and long lazy meals on the shaded terrace. If you are after a super slick modern villa this is not the property for you. But if you want a more homely feel with a secluded outdoor area and fabulous pool, this is highly recommended. Both Sally ( property manager) and Annabel ( owner) are friendly, helpful and accommodating.

We had a car and I would advise having one unless you want to stay in the villa for the whole time. Everything is within 3/4 miles of the area but we found it so easy with a car!

This property is perfect for families. We had an amazing week. We had 3 children under 5 so we were out during the day but cooked in the evening. The heated pool was an absolute essential. We loved the garden area and the fact that there is a gate so children were safe. The area is lovely. Mijas is such a pretty village with incredible views. We would definitely return.

The nicest villa ,clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed for our stay .Sally is the best host in the world .The heated swimming pool is fantastic for a late night swim . Exceptional ! Highly recommended!

Heated pool in march was a delight,great communication with the owner as we locked ourselves out on the first day and the owner got a neighbour to come and let us in , very nice quiet area and good for golf and relaxing

Everything from start to end was excellent. Anabel and Sally are both lovely ladies who responded on queries very promptly and we had a very warm and welcoming from Sally who kindly showed around villa. Villa is exactly how it is in description. We have had a lovely stay and warm pool was nice treat after every day hiking and walks. Very spacious and homely overall. Felt like own home. Perfect for families with children as pool segregated with gate.
Would definitely come back again.

We had a fabulous holiday @ the villa. Everything was fantastic from start to finish.. Annabel was an amazing host so helpful reassuring & informative.. She actually went over & above allowing us an early check in & a late check out which was great for the kids having extra time in the pool. Thank you so much from them too Annabel😘. Many thanks also to Sally who gave us a great welcome & informative greeting.. Hope you enjoy your spell back in UK.. We could not recommend this Villa enough so much space & plenty of equipment... Lovely spacious villa with private pool and space to comfortably sleep 9-10. Everything you could need is provided, towels, well equipped kitchen, gas barbecue, washing machine, etc. Comfortable beds, great outdoor dining and relaxing space, lovely big private pool. The villa is not overlooked and is in a quiet area only a few minutes from mijas pueblo and fuengirola. The host was super helpful as were the locals. Genuinely lovely experience and would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic week at the Villa in Mijas. It was lovely and clean, perfect in every way. Anabel & Daisy were really helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend for a large family, the children were happy in the pool all day! Would definitely book again.

Lovely spacious house. Heated pool a wonderful November bonus. Sam property manager waiting for us was very helpful and friendly, house was wonderfully prepared. Terrific communication with Annabel the owner.

Lovely house for spend a nice days with family and friends
We went to the house to spend a nice time enjoying the beach and the good weather, but the pool was so warm and the barbacue zone was so cozy we didn't want to go to the beach anymore and spend all day long in the house enjoying a good company instead.
Also the host was really nice and welcoming to us we almost felt like home after 4 incredible days. Also the rooms were really clean and with incredible views and all the forniture was really new and the house has everything we could need, especially the kitchen, I couldn't tell any complain about the house and I trully recommend it.

A comfortable, spacious villa in a convenient location.
We are a family of 5 who stayed here in August 2020. As soon as we booked, we received a friendly email from the property owner who was on hand to answer and queries promptly prior to our trip. On arrival, the property manager Sally was excellent and the check in process seamless. Any minor issues were resolved immediately by Steve who too was highly professional and friendly. All in all a very comfortable villa in a convenient location - 20 mins from Malaga airport and 30 mins to Marbella. We hired a car and were able to visit Granada too. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending.

Exactly what we needed / lovely family home
This is a lovely comfortable large family home where 8 adults 2 young children and 2 babies fitted perfectly. We were there in winter and not the best weather but we had great space indoors with a big table to fit us all; a large salon area with three comfortable sofas; a fireplace; 2 free standing gas heaters; split units (also aircon in summer) and halogen heaters. We were super cosy. During the day the sun shone in on the large patio and as it is both sheltered and not overlooked we were able to eat outside and enjoy the pool, which Annabel had kindly arranged to have heated. The wider garden area is really nice with a bbq both gas and fire area; lots of sun loungers; a large outdoor sofa with a pergola where we enjoyed aperitif. The house is on two floors with 3 large comfortable bedrooms upstairs and three bathrooms (one particularly big family room and b/room) and one large bedroom en-suite downstairs. Also downstairs is the salon dining room with patio doors; a big well equipped kitchen and a separate utility area with toilet. We were able to enjoy long bfasts and suppers inside around the table and Annebel provided two baby chairs and cots.
Both Annabel and Sally (house manager)!were really kind, super responsive and very considerate. We were treated like their family and they really helped out at the beginning to make sure the house was warm and fully ready when we arrived. Our rental was unexpected in that we had to leave the place we had originally rented due to its unsuitability and through good luck came across Annabels place and within 24 hours we were happily ensconced. Their professionalism and warmth was really needed. Thanks to both of them for rescuing us and for giving us a house that made us feel at home.

Sally was extreme helpful any issues resolved immediately. Pool was beautiful, nice and warm. Ideal place to explore from with a car. However it was difficult to get the kids away from the pool and very comfortable Villa !

Pretty in pink
The photos on the website do not do this villa justice. It is very well equipped and very well maintained. We stayed for 4 days, a family of 6 adults and had more than enough space. Plenty of outside seating. Choice of gas or charcoal BBQs. Clean pool with resident inflatables. A separate bathroom for each bedroom. Fast WiFi and UK TV. Plenty of games and books available. Our every need was catered for. I can totally recommend.

A most enchanting and beautiful property.
A fantastic place to stay. The villa is roomy, well equipped and very comfortable, the private pool is itself worth the rental fee, totally private, surrounded by a very well stocked and mature garden that provides for the perfect backdrop to enjoy the pool both day and night ( the pool can be lit at night).
The location is also very convenient, easy reach of the airport, and tourist areas like Fuengirola, Benalmedena and Torremelinos with lots of excellent restaurants. Or if you prefer not to travel enjoy Mijas Pueblo itself for the authentic Spanish Village experience.
A definite 10 out of 10 for this Villa.

Fabulous family break
Spacious, bright and beautifully decorated, the villa was as welcoming outside as in! The master ensuite was generously proportioned with excellent storage, with a lovely outlook over the garden and access to a shared balcony. The other two bedrooms upstairs had excellent storage and were bright and welcoming. Two additional shower rooms were available on this floor. Downstairs, a large living and dining room provided plenty of seating space and a dining table for 10-12 guests. There was a downstairs toilet and sink, with a washing machine off the living area.
The kitchen was well proportioned with plenty of pots, pans , oven dishes and other necessities, and access to the outside area. The downstairs double bedroom had a beautiful ensuite.
Sliding doors from the living area led to the outside area, which was really well equipped with an outside bar, fridge and charcoal BBQ built in, plus a gas BBQ. We ate outside regularly, and the retractable awning was very handy for cover on sunny days,
There was also a covered sofa area, looking over the pool.
The pool was just perfect, even with 4 lilos in there was space to enjoy a splash around! Plenty of loungers and privacy was great,
This was our first villa holiday and could not have been more perfect! Thanks to Annabel for excellent communication in the run up, and to Sally for being on hand as and when needed during our stay!

Lovely Villa, very convenient for getting around
Villa was very nice, 4 bed rooms were fine, two of the showers were a bit small, but worked very well. Plenty of room for 8 adults , different areas to sit down, very comfy. Pool was great. Air conditioning in the bedrooms very welcome. Washing machine very handy but quite a small capacity. All in all it was a good holiday. Mijas village, a couple of miles up the mountain, probably walkable for young and active! Well worth a visit to see traditional Spanish mountain village.
