Stay was very nice and Staff was polite clean area strongly recommended to stay. Because very close to Mumbai International Airport. Food was also good.

Rude staff, pathetic rooms

Extremely bad experience, will never recommend this property to anyone. Rude staff, pathetic rooms with stinky smell from the bedsheets, and mattress, and rooms filled with smell of cigarette smoke. After an argument We were given another room where the bedsheet was not stinking and everything was the same, couldn't even sleep and waited for the morning just to leave for the airport.

Dirty rooms Dirty/smelly towels Bedsheets we not clean Pillows were filthy No toilet paper They gave 3 towels for 4 guests! Inside and outside facilities not acceptable for a hotel

Abuse languages to be listen in the midnight for more than 30 min and continuous disturbances in the night so I felt embarrassing

No service. For single spoon you should have to wait for 30 minute. They don't know even what was in the breakfast till 9.00 am worst ever get service in any hotel.

I think.booking is confirm,becasuse confirm mail has coming in my mail.but it's not because manger said that' rooms r available only it is emty' or pmt has received. So your confirmation mail is not imp. Very poor service also your platform.

Rate also charge high, charge 4000 rs per room,while booking rate is 2450 rs.

Probably not for tourism

The hotel location is good, it is near the airport, quickly reachable with a taxi. The hosts were kind even if not all of them were talking english.

The shower was not clean at all, the carpet was dirty. We've been asked to pay a deposit before arriving. The only way to pay is with gpay with a QR code or with a bank transfer. But we cannot pay with gpay on a QR Code from France, nor can we make a bank transfer with only the account number, so we weren't able to do the deposit. The hotel told us that they cannot guaranty that they keep the room for us. That was a lot of stress for us, just two days before taking the airplane.

Only the location is good just beside the airport

No lift, no resturant, small rooms & toilet. Dinner served locally from nearby restaurants which Is pathetic and cold.

Dirtiest palce I've ever been

Thankfully it was only a couple of hours.

After 18 hours flying I had not even the courage to take a shower. I checked in at 3am and i asked to stay one more hour before check out because I really need to sleep... Between 8 am and 9am 3 guys knocked the door "cleaning?" "Room service?"... What a joke! Avoid this place!
