A very Nice, cosy and clean apartment with a lovely terrace.
Location was excellent near the Beach, supermarkets, shops, bakery, the Old town and the centre of Imperia.
The apartment is placed In the centre of the city but still in a very quiet area.
Mara is a very kind person who always is reachable and she wants the best for her quests. A perfect host.

My husband and I stayed at this amazing VRBO for about a week. It is super clean and very close to the best restaurants and the beach area. There’s a grocery store down the block and a weekly market also around the corner. The apartment is spacious and has a nice terrace. We sat out there every night and shared a bottle of wine. The VRBO host was the nicest and was always available when we had questions. I strongly recommend it for anyone going to Imperia to visit. Thank you, Marra! We hope to go back soon!

Super Unterkunft
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und super ausgestattet (Staubsauger, Putzutensilien, Mückenstecker, Wecker,...) - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist super; Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants,... sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Magnifica esperienza
Vacanze meravigliose Mara è una proprietaria dolcissima e disponibilissima.
Si è premurata di avvisarci delle attrazioni turistiche e ci ha aiutato quando alla partenza ho trovato un ruota bucata accompagnandoci dal gommista.
La casa è super attrezzata, ma vista un appartamento così pulito e deliziosamente arredato.
Inoltre c'era tutto il necessario per la prima sopravvivenza (olio pesto pasta come benvenuto) ma anche altri prodotti per la pulizia...
Il fiore all'occhiello è comunque Mara meravigliosa persona. Grazie di tutto Claudia, Daniela e tribù

Italien pur in diese fantastischen Unterkunft
Wir haben fantastische 14 Tage in dieser wundervollen Wohnung verbracht. Die große Terrasse ein Traum, der super schöne Ausblick ins Grüne. Zentral und doch so ruhig. Alles, innerhalb von 5min. zu erreichen. Supermarkt, kleine Geschäfte, Busse und natürlich das wunderschöne blaue Meer! Wir haben uns zuhause Gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, alles was benötigt wird ist vorhanden. Mara ist eine fantastische und liebevolle Vermieterin. Danke Mara für deine Freundlichkeit und Hilfe!

Vacanza all' insegna del relax
Ottimo appartamento, curato nei dettagli. Pulitissimo! Ampio terrazzo che si affaccia ad un giardino,ottimo per il mio cane. Terrazzo attrezzato con tavolo e sdraio, per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di mare e cenare all'aperto.
Mara, proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile ,mi ha accolto con un cesto di prodotti alimentari...un pensiero molto gradito.
Il parcheggio è riservato e sicuro. La casa è a pochi minuti dalle spiagge, non serve l'auto, si può scegliere tra Borgo Foce, Borgo Marina e Borgo Prino più tranquillo.In fondo a borgo Prino, c è una grande spiaggia per i cani con doccia, ombreggiata da alberi. Mare pulitissimo.
Tutti i Borghi sono caratteristici, con tanti ristoranti e locali all' aperto. Da non perdere una visita al Parasio e a porto Maurizio!
Una settimana davvero speciale.

Casetta perfetta per famiglia e quattro zampe
Ci siamo trovati benissimo, siamo stati accolti (insieme alla nostra gattina) con disponibilità e simpatia. La casa, posizionata in zona strategica, era pulitissima ed equipaggiata in maniera eccellente. La signora Mara, che ringraziamo ancora, ci ha fatto trovare anche un piccolo set alimentare di benvenuto che ha ulteriormente sottolineato la grande attenzione che lei riserva ai suoi clienti. Cinque stelle piene e meritatissime!

Es ist eine gepflegte Wohnung, perfekt ausgestattet.
Das Essen auf dem Balkon, mit Blick auf den Garten und die anderen Häuser, war ein bisschen wie zuhause.

Oltre le aspettative...
Casa stupenda e pulitissima situata vicino al centro del borgo e a tutte le comodità , il mare a 100 metri . Ho parcheggiato la macchina all'arrivo nel parcheggio privato e non lo più usata, la signora Mara è molto gentile e disponibile , all'arrivo ci ha fatto dono di prodotti tipici liguri e dell'olio prodotto nel suo frantoio , la casa è attrezzatissima e dispone di un ampio terrazzo che si affaccia su un bel giardino , la zona è molto tranquilla . Insomma una bellissima vacanza di mare e relax grazie ancora signora Mara , ci torneremo molto volentieri.

L’appartamento corrisponde quasi come casa propria ....molto fornito,anche nei particolari(stoviglie e accessori letto anche per il mio bimbo di 7 mesi!)Davvero molto curato dalla gentilissima signora Mara!
Ubicato in una zona tranquilla e molto favorevole al raggiungimento delle spiagge...le più lontane sono 10 minuti a piedi.Mobili ed elettrodomestici quasi nuovi,non manca nulla!!Molto gradito anche il cesto con i prodotti locali offerto dalla proprietaria.Sono diversi anni che andiamo in affitto in case vacanza ma non abbiamo mai trovato una cosi fornita,ci ritorneremo!!grazie di tutto!

Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und freundlich. Zur Begrüssung stand ein Korb mit regionalen Aufmerksamkeiten auf dem Tisch. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet und ist über sehr enge Strasse zu erreichen, dafür gibt es aber einen PKW Parkplatz der zur Wohnung gehört und mit einer Schranke gesichert ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Toller Platz für die ganze Familie
Liebe Mara,
unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war wundervoll. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind liebevoll ausgesucht, zum Empfang gibt es einen netten Überraschungskorb - wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Waschmaschine ist zwar klein, aber für die Wäsche zwischendurch sehr hilfreich. Im Hochsommer hätten wir sicher auch die Klimaanlage geschätzt, wir brauchten sie allerdings nicht. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, um sich auf ambitioniertem Niveau mit köstlichem Essen zu versorgen. Die stabile Türe mit Sicherheitsschloss macht die Wohnung sehr einbruchsicher, der eigene Parkplatz mit Schranke ist ein tolles Angebot, große Fahrzeuge sind wahrscheinlich nicht so leicht zu parken. Die kurzen Strecken zu Supermarkt, Innenstadt und Strand machen das Auto aber meist überflüssig.
Die Vermieterin war gut zu erreichen und konnte gute Tipps geben, die Wohnungsübergabe war völlig unkompliziert (und die vergessenen Sachen wurden nachgeschickt, vielen Dank!) Sollten wir wieder nach Imperia kommen, kommt für uns nur Cà da Fuxe in Frage.

Très joli appartement bien équipé
L appartement est très bien situé pour aller aux plages ou dans la vieille ville. Il est très bien équipé et très propre. Le balcon est agréable. La place de parking juste à côté est vraiment pratique.
Nous avons apprécié l accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire, sa disponibilité et la facilité pour échanger avec elle.

liebevoll, ordentlich - gerne wieder
Die Ferienwohnung ist toll gelegen, nicht weit zum Hafen und ganz in der nähe der Strandpromenade. In der unmittelbaren Nähe gibt es einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Supermärkte, etc. Die ersten guten Restaurants erreicht man nach wenigen Metern Fußweg. Auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit, obwohl wir oft mit dem Auto 20 Min zu den größeren Buchten gefahren sind, aber natürlich kann man in Porto Maurizio prima baden. Die Vermieterin und Ihr Mann sind ausgesprochen nett. Mille grazie per tutti! Alex

Wie zu Hause
Eine sehr schöne, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Wohnung in der Mitte von Imperia - Porto Maurizio.
Wir haben die zentrale Lage und gleichzeitig die Nähe zum Meer sehr genossen, mein Mann freute sich sehr über den fast autofreien Urlaub.
Die Vermieterin: Mara ist eine außergewöhnliche Gastgeberin. Sie kümmert sich umfangreich und rührend um ihre Gäste, als ob es ihre Freunde wären.

Ho trascorso due settimane di vacanza molto belle .Appartamento corrispondente in ogni punto alla descrizione,ottima posizione con in più la vista sul giardino che non guasta. pulitissimo,dotato di ogni comfort,cestino di benvenuto con ottimo olio di oliva vergine della signora Mara,pesto pasta e bottiglia di buon vino ligure,come e meglio di un hotel a 5 stelle.Ritornerò,i miei nipotini sono stati benissimo e anche i nonni.Le spiagge sono a due passi,come i negozi,il mercato al giovedì.Il paese è incantevole,con molto verde.Grazie signora Mara,A presto Laura Morello e tribù(c'era anche il micio ) da Alessandria

the perfect holiday home
Mara's house was the perfect spot for our holiday in Italy. Not far from the sea, in close vicinity to the old town of Porto Maurizio and the restaurants, it was the ideal place for a fantastic holiday for our family. We stayed at the house for a week in May while the flower riviera was in full bloom. We very very much enjoyed the large balcony which is surrounded by palm trees and plenty of other plants that at that time were in full bloom. Despite the fact that the apartment is in town, the garden and the location of the flat (at back of house) made us feel as if we were in the countryside. The apartment is extremely well equipped (with coffee machines for expresso-lovers and american coffe lovers!), and has a modern feel to it. Everything was in very good shape and the beds were excellent. Mara's eye for detail (fresh flowers on the table, beds made up when we arrived, beautiful baby cot and toys) is definitely commendable and made us feel very welcome. The car park is an extra bonus as car parking spots are scarce in Imperia. We enjoyed our stay and will come back next year!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in der Mitte Imperias (daher etwas lauter). Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem eingerichtet was man sich nur wünscht (man fühlt sich zu Hause). Mara ist ein sehr liebe Vermieteren die sich sehr um einen sorgt. Danke dir, Mara.
Nachts wird es doch etwas warm (es gibt aber eine Klimaanlage, wenn man sie vertragen kann).
Imperia ist ein schönes typischen italienischen Städchen.
Nochmals herzlichen Dank an Mara, wir können diese Wohnung und Mara weiterempfehlen.

Ottimo appartamento
Ho trascorso qui due settimane e mi sono trovata benissimo; l'appartamento e veramente molto carino, arredato con gusto funzionale e dotato di tutto ! Veramente non manca nulla. Tutto nuovo dalle stoviglie alla biancheria. La terrazza e' molto bella godibilissima attrezzata con tavolo sedie ombrellone e sdraio .
La spiaggia si raggiunge a piedi in 5 minuti e si trova nel nel bel Borgo Foce tutto perdonabile con bar e
ristoranti fra i migliori della zona.
La gentilezza e la disponibilità della sig.ra Mara e di suo marito hanno reso la mia vacanza perfetta. Li ringrazio ancora.

Very nice apartment, everything you need is available. All new, clean and well maintained. Shopping facilities close by, also a few minutes only to the seaside.
Very good if you stay a few days in the area, as it is easy to reach all major places in west Liguria from there, also close to Nice and Monaco.
Just note that it's close to a main street in case you are looking for something really quiet, otherwise perfectly fine.

Well equipped and comfortable apartment
Very nice apartment, everything you need is available. All new, clean and well maintained. Shopping facilities close by, also a few minutes only to the seaside.

L'appartamento è decisamente ottimo sia come posizione sia come impostazione.
Completamente nuovo ed arredato non solo con gusto ma curatissimo nei minimi particolari, dotato di ogni confort comprese le stoviglie che sono nuovissime.
Gentilissima e molto attenta la proprietaria che con molta discrezione sarà di vostro aiuto durante la vacanza qualora se ne aveste bisogno.

Tolle Location
Eine tolle Ferienwohnung! Sie ist schön, sehr sauber und auch gut gelegen. Man kommt gut zu Fuß zum Strand, zu Bars und Restaurants und auch zum Einkaufen und Sigthseeing in den Ort Imperia. Ein Parkplatz und der tolle Balkon - den wir ausgiebig genutzt haben - steigern die Attraktivität der Wohnung ungemein! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen - neben der schönen Wohnung hat die Gastgeberin Mara viel dazu beigetragen! Ein großes Dankeschön an Sie!

Wij waren zeer content met dit appartement. Het is recentelijk gebouwd en alles ziet er tip top uit. 'Brand new'. De eigenaresse Mare is bijzonder aardig en attent en we werden zeer gastvrij ontvangen. Het appartement is perfect schoon, goed ingericht en de ligging in het hartje van Porto Maurizio (Imperia) is gunstig. Wij willen dit appartement van harte aanbevelen.
