Всичко е ок.

Не любезен персонал на рецепцията.Също и някой от пиколата.Явно нямат желание за работа.Оправителят да обърне внимание.

Over the Steelers pretty good

The medical staff was very helpful and informative. Front desk was helpful as well. Location was great. The morning breakfast was very good. The dinner buffet could be better.

The prop needs updating cleaning people we’re not consistent come in and in the room changing towels

At Grand Hotel Pomorie, we encountered a mix of positives and negatives during our two-night stay. The positives were truly fantastic. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfort of the bed was top-notch. The breakfast spread was impressive and the hotel's spa facilities added an extra level of relaxation to our stay. Plus, the sea view from our room was nothing short of stunning.

However, we found several aspects that fell short of our expectations. Firstly, the staff behavior was a letdown, coming off as rather rude at times. A major inconvenience was the parking situation. Unless you had a flashy car or were willing to tip the attendant, securing a spot in the hotel's parking lot was next to impossible. We were left with no choice but to park in a remote area that was not asphalted, poorly lit, and lacked surveillance cameras. Upon checking out, we were surprised by the lack of trust shown by the reception staff. Despite admitting to consuming a bottle of water and a coffee capsule from the mini bar, we were kept waiting while they sent someone to verify our claim. This kind of suspicion cast a bit of a cloud on our overall experience at Grand Hotel Pomorie.

It’s a nice hotel, very convenient, but definitely needs a renovation.

it‘s near the sea, very well situated. everything in the hotel is very convenient. there is drinking water everywhere in the hotel.

The toilet paper is of awful quality. The hotel needs renovation in the rooms, as well as the pictures.

Very nice weekend with family

Everything was perfect. The food was very various and very good. The spa has all the facilities you need to relax.

The only thing I did not understand was the fact that at dinner (included in the accommodation) there was no water. You must pay for it. And another thing: in the room was a bottle of wine presented as a present from the hotel, with no price on the card. At check out we had to pay for it. These are subjective matters, things that I did not find ok, but no reason to note this hotel bad. It is a beautiful accommodation and I recommend it.

Nice place to stay in Pomorie

The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable and clean. The view was nice. The hotel is next to the beach. The lake is near by as well. For off-season vacation it was very peaceful and nice.

Everything was ok.

it’s a good place that need’s management attention

it’s apparently good for the winter time as you can enjoy both sea water warm pool and the nice sea views / sport activities.

to reach the seaside one should cross the road, no order at parking area, only one restaurant is open, and is not really ready for a la cart service. Overall service is not a 5 star service at all, even there are not so many people

Very good

The food in the restaurant was very delicious with plenty of choice. Very pleasantly surprised. We travel a lot and the quality and choice of food here were at very high level.

The internal pool within the spa area was closed. We were not informed at the time of the reservation.
