The staff
Very, very outdated property. It may have been a 4star when it was opened 30+ years ago…. But not anymore

Location was great over the road and on to the beach this time of the year it was nice and quiet

The location could not be better. The beach and the sea is across the road. There are many good restaurants and bars all along the lungomare. The room was big and had a balcony. The hotel pool was decent. The hotel is big, the staff are polite and helpful and I would stay there again.
The hotel needs some investment. The staff probably need to be paid a bit more too. The breakfast is basic and the beds are not comfortable. All boils down to the company spending some money on refurbishment. The Grand hotel has seen better days.
