One of the best B&B! A very kind and generous host! Him and his wife, very fantastic people! I highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Ettore! We both agreed that this was the nicest place we stayed during our trip to Italy by far. The room was beautiful and much bigger than our suite in Maiori that cost twice as much. The owner was very kind and knowledgeable about the area. We loved his close the place was to both the train station and the ruins. We would definitely stay there again.

A friendly welcome and nice clean apartment. Good location within a short walk of Pompei centre and the ruins.
Nothing.

The room was very modern, lovely and clean. I also appreciated the (shared) access to mini fridge and microwave. Host was very responsive. Close to archeological park.
The air conditioning was not working well and it was sweltering hot. The remote didn’t control it, not sure why, but when we let him know it was too hot he gave us the real remote. But it still wasn’t cooling. He said it might just be too hot out but we had just stayed in Rome where it was 100 degrees in a much larger apartment with similar unit that cooled beautifully. We asked if there was another room but no answer. So we spent a very hot and sleepless night trying to sleep. It turned out that it was lacking coolant and he said so and apologized but didn’t offer any sort of compensation or even partial refund.

Everything from the first external view to the room was perfect.

Although we stayed one night the place was awesome. Spaceful and clean. Also, the place was near all the main attractions of the city. The host, Stefano, was very helpful, he gave us a lot of tips about where to eat and the places we should avoid. The breakfast was good.

Great location in Pompei nice host and great room
we had a bit of trouble with the keypad for the lock, but that might’ve just been us

Very friendly, clean comfortable villa with young vibe. Stefan (host) drove us to the station as there wasn’t a taxi available. Excellent place to stay.
Be aware it is a 20 minute walk to the archeological site (fine for us).

The breakfast in the morning waiting for you in front of your room when you wake up was amazing! Stefano even asked for our breakfast preferences before. It is a modern room, super comfortable bed in a beautiful villa. The room was spacious with a beautiful and fully renovated bathroom.
Thanks for the wonderful stay :)
Nothing to dislike, the perfect place to go when you visit pompei!

Stefano helped with everything. First night it was cold, so I asked for heating, and it was immediately fixed.
Very high humidity, probably fro mthe sea. Of you don't like sveet breakfast (as I) bring something with you. Jam, cheese etc.

Fresh croissants in the morning are the best. Parking place was available. I liked the common kitchenette, very convenient to make tea in the evening.

Stefano was a great host, he was easily reachable by whatsapp and gave us many helpful tips about what to do, where to eat and the best way to see the ruins. The room was is clean, comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. The bathroom is large and the shower is almost a small room! Outside the room there is a shared kitchen with microwave, fridge and breakfast basics, but the real highlight was the breakfast crossiant that Stefano brings from a local bakery - easily the best pastry we ate in Italy! The accomodation felt secure, and is just a 6 minute walk from Pompeii train station, 10 minutes walk into town, and 15 minutes walk to two of the three entrances for the ruins.

The property was located close to the city centre. It was a ten minute walk. Quiet neighborhood. The owners were accomodative.
Very residential and not much happening around and no shops around too. The room was very small. Reaching the property from the station was a task since we had to walk all the way from the pompeii scavi villa dei misteri station.

Quiet, clean. Stefano an excellent host. The only reason I didn't give a score of 10 is because there is always room for improvement!

Exceptionally good service and information, especially if you're going to visit the excavations.
The pillows were uncomfortable but the owner was very understanding and was going to try to fix that after the feedback.

beautiful villa, not too many rooms, about 5/6 I think. location is beyond perfect! Ruins are about a 15 min walk, so is the town centre of Pompei. Supermarket about a 10/5 minute walk away. Stefano was an amazing host, very helpful and happy to guide to to the best spots and restaurants in Pompei. I went to the Amalfi Coast on one day and Stefano sent me all the information on how to get there so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. would definitely stay here again if I revisited Pompei.

Very close to ruins and centre of pompei. Lovely room, very large bathroom. Lovely hosts who went the extra mile for us. Classic italian breakfast left at our door and a small fridge to keep some food in. Also had two sunloungers out the front which we could sit on in the evening.
