The villa is a very nice property and has a lovely pool area. The villa had not had a good clean before we arrived but the clean after our first week was very good. My family enjoyed the stay at Baki's villa and we had communication with Baki after having a few issues due to work being done in the area. The villa has a very high location but there is a taxi button approximately 150 metres away so this was used frequently. Price for 5 people in each taxi was £2.50 for almost every restaurant visit. Ridiculously cheap, no need for a dolmus. Overall we enjoyed our holiday and thankyou Baki.

7 of us stayed in this villa for two weeks, the location was exceptional, positioned on the mountainside away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Hisaronu but not so far as to limit our nightlife. The pool area was one of the best we have encountered with plenty of space for all of us and a fantastic view of the mountains, the pool also receives sunlight from sunrise to sunset. The villa itself is incredibly spacious, even if the villa had of been at maximum capacity it would still have enough space for everyone to stay comfortably. The main area that houses the kitched had all the utilities needed, we stayed in the villa for lunch and dinner on certain days and it met all of our requirements. The only downside for us was that the equipment felt a little cheap and the bathrooms felt like they were around 90% complete (No door on the shower to keep water from spreading across the bathroom, exposed plug sockets) Other than that Baki and team were extremely responsive and catered to all of our needs, as well as a much appreciated welcome basket when we arrived.

Well priced and a beautiful property in a beautiful location a stones throw from the main towns in a taxi! The pool was cleaned everyday and well maintained! Definitely recommend this as a destination for families with children age 4 and above! Taxis readily available and dirt cheap so getting around is easy if you don’t fancy a walk.

Ok so where to start, a family of 10, 4 adults and 6 children aga range from 17-1 years. stayed in this villa for 11 nights. The villa is at the top of a hill the walking down was fine but up was a killer. There are taxi buttons everywhere so you could get a cab back up no problem. The pool was cleaned everyday, we had a few issues with the pool lights not coming on but a whatapp to baki and the pool man was out sorting it. Great. Could have done with a bit of information regarding trips and local restaurants, but we soon found our way around. A few little bits need looking at, travel cot had a rip in it, but baby still slept great so i didn't complain. it also would have been great to have had a stair gate for the living room so we could relax more in the villa. 1 year old and marble stair don't go well together. If these things were changed I would 100% return to this villa. Baki was great every time I messaged him, replied straight away. He sorted out our transfer from the airport in a lovely mini bus. All in all we We had an amazing holiday and can't wait to return to Turkey.

Six of us stayed in the villa for nine days in June. It was very clean, comfortable and cool and more than catered for our needs. We didn't cook at the villa or use the BBQ as we ate out for breakfast and dinner each day. We had some reservations about the location and thought we would be right away from any sign of life but we found a well stocked supermarket and a fabulous little restaurant (The Bull) at the bottom of the hill, which was around a five minute walk away. The full English breakfast at the Bull is fab and cost just over £2. The pool is fabulous and is well maintained on a daily basis by the local pool man. It's south facing and the sun hits the pool area from 8am until 7pm but there's plenty of shaded areas for a bit of escape. The view of the town and Hisaronu from the pool and villa is breathtaking and we never tired of looking at it. The local goat herder and his goats passed the villa and down the lane each morning - that was a fantastic thing to see too. The villa isn't on the Dolmus (local minibus) route but half way down the hill there's a taxi call button and the taxi always turned up within a minute or two - 17 Lira (£3) from the villa into Hisaronu and the taxis take six passengers - bargain!! Would we stay at the villa again? Yes we would. Baki and his team took good care of us and we had no issues whatsoever. We received our deposit back within a week of arriving home. All in all, a fabulous holiday and a great experience. We can't wait to go back again Thanks for everything Baki.

What an outstanding position for a holiday, the villa sits majestically above the resort with unhindered fantastic views far and wide. The villa is well equipped in a modern style and everything works as it should. Clean and fresh linen and cleaners on hand to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Outstanding air conditioning and a pool that is cleaned every day.... couldn't have asked for more... thanks Baki and team... this is how things are meant to be...
